    @EE went to ur Croydon shop to get an new iPhone. After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Thanks for wasting our Sunday. Shocking service

    @EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

    @EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

    I completely sympathise with you. Have had issues with @EE and the stock answer was you have to wait. Not good enough.

    Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

    @EE I bought the phone off @EE and pay £180approx a month to @EE so think I’m well within my right to get you to fix this and give me a loan phone! @Apple require appointments etc which is not ideal

    @EE I was informed I would be called at 6.30pm today by technical support today and even given a name. Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

    @EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

    @EE I've tried to speak to your department, I've been with EE for years and never had a problem. But my phone has been cut off and my disabled son is in hospital and I have doctors trying to get hold of me and vise versa but I can't

    @EE I have been through this process 15 times. It is as bright green as it ever can be. Glowing green like your logo. We have had technical support teams and change bandwidth and do all sorts of remote testing and it has never worked..

    @EE Sadly it’s not about the cheapest deal it’s about the way I’m treated as a loyal customer. At the start of the pandemic you started giving extra deals to CERTAIN essential workers but not others. 1/2

    @ojngill @EE The onboard Wi-fi is only as good as the signal that it is tethering to from on-board, Oliver. I'm not sure which network it uses I'm afraid.
