The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support.
