    @EE Ridicilous protocols in place just to reset my online account password. Now need to go into a store with my ID! Not necessary. 10 years plus customer. Shame.

    So @EE Im an unhappy customer I pay circa £50 a month for a mediocre phone & contract I have 11 months left on my contract & feel Im being taken for granted Im very dissapointed & dissatisfied I would not recommend your company Do the right thing #MobilePhones #EE #poorservice

    Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

    Ok, my mb isn't that old. I'm being bombarded with messages from @EE to upgrade! Now notifications are hit & miss. Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @mouthwaite @EE Tesco mobile service coverage has terrible reputation, you can't get signal on a tesco mobile in my mums village in Warwickshire what so ever or Vodafone Yet you can get EE 4G and Virgin at a push

    @RonGRAH20712792 @mouthwaite @EE Iv never had bad service from them,hubby lost his job couple years ago(before covid kicked off) I missed 4 months of payments,they never cut me off,they helped me,we got back on track an are still with them,I could never ever fault ee from my point of view

    @EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil
