  @EE @KevlarBrock I had an EE engineer out because my tv signal constantly breaks up. He told me that he would send a new router because an EE update was doing this. No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a £200 3rd party router

  @sky After much deliberation I decided to get you to upgrade my broadband & move me from @EE . Waited 3 hrs for engineers who couldn't do it due to blockage in conduit. Now have to wait weeks for another 5 hour slot. Told you can't expedite this failure! Rubbish service!

  @StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!
