    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @EE can't gift data to a number in my plan when they run out of data. Had the exact same issue back in 2017. Surprised it's still a thing. Not to worry, plan refreshes tomorrow though, just think it should be looked into though.

    @EE I also don't understand how I can get 10% loyalty discount on an extra device but cant to upgrade when I've been a loyal customer for many years. Exact same deal im looking at cheaper if I add it than if I upgrade how does that make sense!?

    Ordered a new phone from @EE and was lost in transit by @DPDgroup_news - been told I have to wait for both their internal investigations and being led down the garden path by both. Nearly a week now and still no phone. Not even allowed to cancel my order or order another 😡 joke
