    @EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

    Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    @StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).

    It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

    @EE absolutely disgusted with the customer service - paying customer of 10+ years and wrongly charged by EE of over £500 and no one will deal with issue/ or even give a call back when they say they will😫😭still continually charging me wrongly after told it had been stopped😫

    @EE Hi i'm going to cancel my contract with you next month which has an add on (damage cover) will this add on automatically cancel once i end the contract? do i need to cancel them separately? Also, i'll be switching by just giving the other supplier my PAC code is this enough?

    @peterwb1 @EE They had me last month too with an 'access charge' to call a customer services number - north of £30 for a 30 minute call. Feels like they're finding anyway possible to rinse their customers.
