@EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

6 lines with @ee and I get an email to say my phone bill is going up £41 a month. 4 of them end this year. Feel sorry for the guy/girl/them/saucepan that answers the phone that day. Cost of living crisis and EE kick you whilst you’re down. Ex employee too. Thanks for that!

@EE Maybe if you put the money from sponsoring the @BAFTA awards in to increasing the number of technical staff available for online chat, I wouldn’t still be waiting after 45 minutes to fix a phone that suddenly won’t make or receive calls. And, no, I can’t call 150! Sadly.
