@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

@Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

@j_homsey @EE Yeah that’s what I’ve done for over a decade now. This is for Kate, looking at upgrade deals for her. Last time we had to get a new contract and PAYG Sim, move her number from EE to the PAYG and then from PAYG back to the EE contract. You can’t move your number to same network :/

@EE Hi, I ordered a new phone which I was told I would be texted about delivery for. I haven't heard anything, tracking is unavailable for some reason and now I've been sent a text asking me to review the DPD delivery service but I'm phone-less...please can you help!?
