@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

  • ianeastlondon IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from City of London, England

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

@MarkKav15119614 @northolt3103 @EE T Mobile UK and Orange UK announced a merger in 2009 but it wasn't ok'd by the EU until 2010 when it became EE or Everything Everywhere Ltd. He was probably a customer of T Mobile or Orange or One2One prior to 2010. They ripped my Father off for almost £1k last year, so...

@northolt3103 @EE Could it be that there's millions more people using the networks now and that has impacted network performance? Assuming that networks haven't been upgraded in line with population growth?

  • Gazrs21 Gazrs2 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (@Gazrs21) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Tbf where i live all networks have crap reception as soon as someone moves into the town they're on the local fb page asking for best network & they all get the same reply & I'm not in the wilds I'm literally 30 miles north of London - it's inexcusable
