    @EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE @glastonbury How about pausing the self-promoting adverts about things like apps, apps that millions can't use at the moment because of an outage meaning no signal, no data, and even no WifiCalling working... all systems are down!! Come on EE talk to your customers!!!

    @EE I’ve been trying to ask you for probably about an hour now. My signal is down. When are you going to have it back on. According to the status tracker, it says that in my area (Cumbria) it could be fixed in 16 hours. Is that right? It’s beyond a joke.
