EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Andy Livingstone (@andylivi1) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.
-
GZ Chris 💙💛 🏆 (@guitarzonechris) reportedBeen with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Sarah J (@sazzalj) reported@EE no signal all day for the second day running yet again (happened earlier in the month too) do we get a refund on our bills for this??
-
Miss Sullivan (@MissSullivan06) reported@EE I have been in touch that is my point. They have told me there is an issue in the area and engineers are working on it this weekend. So the text message makes no sense
-
Andrew Parmenter (@AndyP1982) reported@EE why can a new customer get a deal £10 a month cheaper than someone who has been a customer for nearly 5 years? Where is the customer loyalty? I’ve now signed up to @virginmedia #customerlost #customergained
-
Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reportedWent into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to
-
EMSsays (@EMSSays) reported@EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault
-
Sarah (@idlewildgirl) reported@aaron_mcr @EE wtf! How can they say that lol
