    Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

    @EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

    @EE Up the bandwidth to high congestion areas. I'm not up for workarounds just because you are not delivering the service I am paying for...... Seems to me you guys and BT your owners are let off the bandwidth hook too often

    @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

    @EE I was under contract with EE for a sim only contract with 100GB per month data. The signal strength and bandwidth were so poor in two locations and with various phones that I never used this data, so I decided that I would look at what upgrades were available.

    @EE one on offer was a samsung galaxy A12. I checked with their website what signal I would get and it said good 4g, inside and out. The signal is terrible, never less than -100dBm, 2bars

    Anyone else having issues with @apple #Iphone using @ee Got good signal, phones is receiving messages to say I’ve got missed calls. It’s just not ringing when call comes in. 9/10 calls being missed!

    @Leo_Iam_535 @VodafoneUK I remember once I tried @EE broadband. Had problems from the get go. Called their customer service and was arguing for nearly 4 hours because they didn't know what a post code was. 🙄

    @EE so I’ve had about 30% coverage on my mobile since august… rang EE to complain and they explain that 2 out of 3 towers are down and refunded my money.. In December I rang AGAIN and was put through to a guy called Steve and he explained that the main tower in Sutton

    @LewisTull @virginmedia FWIW, we've had ongoing issues with our broadband, & @ee broadband have been highly responsive throughout. Have they solved it? No, but they've had 3 BT engineers visit, to the point where the senior local engineer now just texts me directly! (We keep 4G hotspot as backup.)

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!
