    @EE I do not appreciate that EE passing the buck to BT when it is clearly your mask at the location is malfunctioning when both EE and BT customers are facing the same issue.

    @EE Iโ€™m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for ยฃ30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess Iโ€™m saying bye bye to EE.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE Iโ€™m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

    @EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, Iโ€™ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

    @EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +ยฃ130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

    Getting nowhere with @EE no luck with calling 150 or the app. went in a store who only wanted to upgrade one of our accounts and not help us. At this rate they will lose all three of our accounts. Last chance on Tuesday.

    @EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

    Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

    @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

    @marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra ยฃ80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.

    @stuuk11 @EE Thatโ€™s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. Itโ€™s so dangerous

    @EE Itโ€™s a waste of time. These poor signal issues we speak of have existed for almost 2 years. My phone claims to have a 5G reception but doesnโ€™t actually work. Anyway like I say, no trouble. The 2 years is almost up and Iโ€™ll be free. Good day to you ๐Ÿซก
