    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they canโ€™t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began ๐Ÿ™„โ€ฆ Wouldnโ€™t be as bad if everyone werenโ€™t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G ๐Ÿคจ

    @EE I switched to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. EE caused me a lot of trouble

    Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

    @EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

    @EE Iโ€™m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. Itโ€™s absolutely disgusting the way Iโ€™m been treated๐Ÿ˜ก I canโ€™t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

    @EE although I have had the Welcome texts from 150 on my iPad so I can definitely get texts from you, itโ€™s just the MyEE registration code thatโ€™s not come through, although your colleague did help me top up by debit card over the phone which seems to have worked OK. 2/2

    @ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We werenโ€™t told it takes up to 24 hours !

    @EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network

    @EE Iโ€™ve tried ringing and Iโ€™ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. Itโ€™s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!
