@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

I cant use my @EE £75pcm phone in Spain now, can't use it in my flat in zone 2 of london (1 bar or nothing) & now v little at work in zone 2 (2 bars if I'm lucky). customer service said 'you're lucky to have had the service we've provided'. contract nearly up after 23 years. bye
