    @EE Iโ€™m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. Itโ€™s absolutely disgusting the way Iโ€™m been treated๐Ÿ˜ก I canโ€™t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him heโ€™s lying. Iโ€™ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, wonโ€™t b for much longer.

    @EE Hi Chris, nothing happens. I love tried with numerous calls. The conference call function just does not work. You welcome to try it your side on your phone and youโ€™ll see. EE doesnโ€™t support this feature it seems.

    @EE I switched to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. EE caused me a lot of trouble

    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

    If you live in Rhyl and are thinking of moving to @EE because of there coverage map saying you get 5g+ dont its not even working yet apparently 99% of Rhyl should get it, you only get 4g and its crap

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I canโ€™t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tomโ€™s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!
