    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    What the hell is going on with the iOS @EE app, constantly tells me it’s the wrong password when I’ve been using it successfully for months, the reset password email never comes through to me either

    @EE What's happened to your customer service??? I've rung countless times and can't get through, left messages that no one ever replies to. Very poor reception all of a sudden and need help!

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    Just a heads up i ain't paying my bill for a service I ain't receiving @EE mid September the issue will be fixed. Then mid September you are getting my payment and even then i want that wiped off!!!!

    Quite disgusting that @EE had planned works on signal in my area till 16th September and not one person from a telecommunications company has bothered to let me know or communicate this to me. What a **** up. Embarrassing.

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    @jgmotorsport @EE Some countries give you 500 MB for a crazy low price... I think just under £7.— a day. I know China does. I'm not on the max plan but it's still not too bad.

    @EE Nothings changed still having problems your company EE is a Sham a Joke of the highest Order ,, But I'm Not laughing And there seems to be a lot More customers of EE that are Not Happy and get No help ,,, Don't say Ee has tried all you have done is try my Patience for Months,!!

    @EE I’m in Chippenham and the 4g coverage is terrible and has been all day. It’s not the first time this has happened. It seems to be ok everywhere else. Can you give any idea of how long it’s going to be down? Cheers

    @EE Having enormous issues topping up with a new card. Doing it by phone keeps getting cut off and whatever login I try online won’t let me link my mobile phone number.

    @EE @financialombuds absolutely poor customer service from EE staff member ‘ray’ I asked to open up a complaint in regards to miss-selling upon my upgrade. And he has not contacted myself to resolve the complaint and instead closed it. Complaint ref: 19463251 👎
