    @EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

    Just spent over 25 minutes waiting for @EE customer service to pick up the phone. You can get through to your Doctors surgery on a Monday morning quicker. Unbelievably poor customer service I’ll try again later.

    Are there any worse people to deal with than @bt_uk been a client for 20+ years they are charging me for a service that they can’t provide and the only offer is an additional £20 a month for 2 years, absolute joke of a company. Tried @ee but can’t go there as existing bt customer

    @EE Hello , in relation to this complaint. My bill should be & as confirmed £26.55 it was showing at £29 something. Instead of amending it down it has now gone up to £33.00 Can this please be rectified without me having to make any further lengthy phone calls Comp ID28268821

    @EE Well I’ve attempted to seek support on the live chat but my 20 minutes wait is now 44 minutes with no updates. I’m needing help with pending payments to yourself as I was told these would be released back to me by end of day yesterday and they have not.

    @EE it’s day 3 of no WiFi which also means no phone signal on EE at home for me. I’m now having to pay for additional EE WiFi that I naively thought was free to EE customers…

    @EE I am living outside the UK and don’t return for 6 months. Due to damage I have to replace my phone. My EE number is on an eSIM in my current phone. Can I transfer the eSIM from my old phone to the new one and activate it whilst I am in Spain?

    @EE This is beyond unacceptable. You’ve cut my services off repeatedly over the past week - despite senior managers confirming restoration. You are in breach of contract and Ofcom’s General Conditions on service continuity and fair treatment. preparing a civil claim for damages

    @EE Been on the phone waiting for help for half an hour. Tried to watch NOW TV on our EE box and it's telling us we have no NOW membership. We pay for Whole works TV including sky sports and NOW TV. What's going on? Same message if we log in to NOW on any other devices.
