The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

Phil Reeve (@DarthThadius) reported@EE could you please help? My iPhone 11 is showing no sim card installed so I reset network settings which solves the problem for a few minutes then reverts to no sim. I have also taken SIM card out and reinserted but I get the same result.
