Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.   Ordered new broadband fullfibre with @BT /@EE in May & had to wait for installation. @WeAreOpenreach have cancel 3 times, with less than 24 hours notice. “Connecting you to your network” #idontthinkso 2 months waiting for a new connection, 3 cancelled appointments & still waiting
