It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Daniel Willett (@DanielWillett24) reported@EE Yes, it was. The broadband team was quite rude when running through the figures and my phone wasn't matched to the pricing shown. I am currently going through the new customer with sky at the £26 a month costs and am looking to cancel my phone contract in the next couple of days.
