I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying.   @AJHobbsy @EE Totally agree, the CX is terrible. Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Once they work out you're not there to increase their revenue they pass you around. #EE #Bullring

  @EE Thanks for the reply, i have done all this and still have not been able to. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.
