That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

@EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

@EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

@PatreceF @StopFundingHate @EE Pat you will not be able to find a network in the UK that is not either directly or through leasing a network that isn't funding them. Catch 22 situation I'm afraid if you don't want to support companies supporting GBnews then your going to have to give up your phone.

So @EE has a handy service that notifies by text and email if the network is down. ... that tells you to phone 150 if you need more info, or services aren't back when they say... ... but if I'm on EE, I have no service. And if I'm not on EE, 150 will take my to my provider... 🤔

@PatreceF @StopFundingHate @EE Nope Giff Gaff also runs on O2 every mobile phone operator is either one of the big 4 or uses their network you really are going to have to give up your mobile completely if you wish to make a stand.

@EE my husband has just experienced very shocking customer service, 2 mistakes were made, luckily 1 was rectified but then was given wrong information confirmed by the upgrade team leading to several contracts being messed up, not 1 apology was made and was spoken to very poorly!

72 hours after @EE promised I would be contacted within 48 hours and no contact received. Why do companies make promises they don't keep. I believe phone companies are obliged to offer an unlocking service but @EE doesn't seem to feel any obligation to do it in a timely way

I went to the @ThreeUK store to find out why I was getting absolutely abysmal coverage and H+ all over. 'they are probably improving the masts' he guessed. 'All over town?'.. 'What are you getting?' I asked 'H+?'. 'I'm on @ee'. Of course he is. It isn't ****. Says it all really.
