    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    What a joke @EE have become. Ordered & paid for new phone/contract on 17/5 and since heard nothing. Went into branch and told to call 150. Tried and NEVER get an answer. Ok,so got no choice but to leave. #shambles

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

    @MisterGed @EE Exactly the same issue for me. Countless complaints to @EE and still no resolve. I did hear that Aerospace commissioned a new radar system and it is affecting mobile towers… but unsure if that’s true or at all possible!?

    @EE I keep receiving a notification saying I have a voicemail, but when I call my voicemail it says I need to set up a pin. To set up a pin, I need to call my voicemail so I’m stuck in a loop. Can you help??

    @EE disgustin service I ordered a phone last wk & was told 7days after callin endless times & told I would receive a call back which I never got I received an email 2day now it’s going 2be between 18 and 23rd 27 days late no apology. Goin 2 cancel stick your network I’ll go 2Virgin

    @EE Hello, I'm unable to access voicemail and unable to call you on 150. And when I tried calling your 0800 number I was in hold for 10 minutes then you cut me off. Please can you let me know how the voicemail and 150 problem will be resolved...
