    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 is there a problem with your systems taking payments .. I’ve spoke to my bank and I have no issues with my card .. but it keeps getting declined your end .. help ASAP please

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @_DYWD_ @O2 Hey I got a new simcard from O2 and then my imessage started working again. The guy at the O2 shop said sometimes when a number port happens with a sim card that already linked with a number, it can lead to problems. It's better to port to a new sim card without a number.

    @O2 I've tried a different device and browser. The error message always appears after I select my address from the list of options, so I never make it as far as getting to enter my payment details. Never previously had a problem with it, either!

    @O2 shoddy corrupt network. My wife cancelled a number from her account, you cancelled the direct debit for her airtime on her phone which meant we missed a payment so you sent a nasty letter. We went to the O2 store in Weymouth where your customer support agent

    @O2 looking for immediate resolution. Upgraded phone&contract, received confirmation with wrong address AFTER updating online. Called o2 and informed DHL have new address. Phone been delivered to old address. Managers refusing to talk to us, 3 days later, still no phone. Help.

    @O2 I got a PAC code and moved over to a different network - paying my final bill is proving impossible - myo2 app doesn’t work, o2 account shows I have no products with you, phone call unsuccessful too

    @O2 O2 you are disgrace! I've been promised twice now my recently deceased mothers phone would be disconnected. You even have the audacity to keep texting the phone chasing payment...you cancelled the Direct debit. Awful service!!

    @O2 Since I joined O2 people can't get through instead I get a text saying I missed a call. Not the first time it happened. Finally got through support and they are sending me another SIM hopefully it will sort out my issue 🙏🙏 but not sure I would want to stay after numerous issue
