  • depeare
Steve Depeare (@depeare) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 I’ve tried desperately trying to get hold of customer service and keep getting knocked off. I need a 5 g SIM card for my new iPhone 12 pro plus and need a 5 g sim , I think a card may be ordered but not the 5 g

  • imad_el_maoed

@O2 @CarolineLiggins You are really bad company !! I asked for the costumer service to call me on my mobile, but they are ignoring my messages

  • tombyford
Tom Byford (@tombyford) reported from Paddington, England

@_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

  • AledSmith
Aled Smith (@AledSmith) reported from Camden Town, England

@O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

  • imad_el_maoed
imad el maoed (@imad_el_maoed) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 @_princessnat_ You are really bad company !! I asked for the costumer service to call me on my mobile, but they are ignoring my messages

  • davidchow
David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

  • jamesmurray07
James Murray (@jamesmurray07) reported from Camden Town, England

.@O2 despite asking me to DM you nobody had responded and the link to the chat doesn’t work (also not working on myO2).

  • jonathonfp
Jonny Pugsley (@jonathonfp) reported from Camden Town, England

@VodafoneUK I’m having a terrible time with @O2 right now. Mobile data where I live is so unreliable… I’m thinking of moving to you guys, but would love to try your network out first. Is this a possibility…?

  • budgie
Lee 'Budgie' Barnett (@budgie) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

  • JosephMorrison0
Joseph Morrison (@JosephMorrison0) reported from Kensington, England

No company has ever treated their clients so poorly as @o2. Discgrace. The absolute worst contract ever. Never has service anywhere! Sign with someone else.

  • Alx_R_M
Alex (@Alx_R_M) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 #help #GPS I have just discovered that my location cannot be seen for some apps on 4G just on WiFi connection. I do not understand this issue and I will need if possible an answer. #ThankYou

  • JoshBates
Josh (@JoshBates) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 I got this sorted doing this however this is really poor service. This should be an easy, self-service digital journey. Absolute joke that this took 35 mins for both me and your staff. Total waste of time. Please feed back.

  • imad_el_maoed
imad el maoed (@imad_el_maoed) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 @Leighroy_xo You are really bad company !! I asked for the costumer service to call me on my mobile, but they are ignoring my messages

  • HowarthCharles
Charles Howarth (@HowarthCharles) reported from Camden Town, England

@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

  • Mountie31
Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

  • RoseHinds
Rose Hinds (@RoseHinds) reported from Kensington, England

@O2 Ah ok thank you. I’ve realised that my free trial with Calm has expired - how can I find out how much this is meant to cost? I’ve been charged twice and was not reminded that it would charge me this month please help

  • MarQusRomelle
    MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported

@O2 Thanks for your response. There are many customers who’ve complained about these same issues with the app since it’s been updated; a quick scroll through this topic shows numerous responses from yourselves to them. I ended up having to use a desktop and pay with PayPal.

  • andrejpwalker
    André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reported

Congratulations to @O2 you have the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve clicked a link in my email at least 25 times. Unfortunately I’m unable to pay my bill. I refuse to spent anymore time on this.

  • DanTheMacGeek
    Dan Barker (@DanTheMacGeek) reported

@O2 your OAUTH and login flow is broken, both on desktop, mobile and app. Multiple browsers all report too many redirects when a user tried to login to manage their account/pay bills etc… is this something team are aware of and trying to fix?

  • NotSoP3ng
    ShinP3ngy (@NotSoP3ng) reported

@O2 is **** for customer service since the Virgin Media merger constantly logged out an log back in won’t let me pay on the app can never get through when I’m at work sort this **** out man I’ve been with you forever same number everything

  • tsamtruk
    Tsering Passang (@tsamtruk) reported

@O2 still doesn’t get it. I’ve got nothing to do with Sony or any third parties. No purchases ever made. Period. O2 must stop this scam. #GDPR issue, I suspect. Better deal this immediately. You lost a customer.

  • andrewpm1
    TheCaptain (@andrewpm1) reported

Looking for a new mobile network provider as had enough of @O2 just not working where I want to be. Who actually covers the south of the UK well, particularly the New Forest and Cornwall?

  • LouiseM30692137
    Lou Mc (@LouiseM30692137) reported

Picture the scene. It's 2026. You live in a thriving city. And yet you have sh*t mobile phone signal because @O2 can't get their act together #couldntmakeitup #bettersignalinthecountryside

  • MarQusRomelle
    MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported

@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

  • s7saunders
    Scott Saunders (@s7saunders) reported

@O2 hey lovely people , are there anyways go get out of my contact due to signal ? It’s truly terrible in most places right now however my work& the journey between is unusable . Transmitter now working still and it’s been 4 months now

  • JRY1998__
    Jen (@JRY1998__) reported

@O2 But you haven’t. I rang about 6 weeks ago because I was always on E. Now in my house I get max 2 bars and two streets away/in the town centre there’s no signal but everytime I talk to o2 you guys say it’s fixed. It’s tiring
