    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I canโ€™t make phone calls. So I canโ€™t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone wonโ€™t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying ยฃ324 ๐Ÿ˜ง๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 Went to shop to collect my phone, they were great at helping to flog cases, when I asked for help to set up, their WIFi is rubbish. I just spent a lot off money FFS!

    @O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @O2 Iโ€™ve tried desperately trying to get hold of customer service and keep getting knocked off. I need a 5 g SIM card for my new iPhone 12 pro plus and need a 5 g sim , I think a card may be ordered but not the 5 g

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue Iโ€™m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and itโ€™s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my numberโ€ฆ not great

    @danjaydubya @mattstingray @O2 Me too. Iโ€™ve had some compensation for it but now on full tariff and worse than ever. Wonโ€™t load anything and on the odd occasion that it does, slow as. Iโ€™ve come to hate it.

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Government should start imposing meaty fines on all network providers not providing reasonable rural coverage! Plenty of masts around here but theyโ€™re basically all dialed down to save on energy costs!

    @O2 Iโ€™m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesnโ€™t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0
