Jonny Harris 🇬🇧 (@thespacedmonkey) reported from Ealing, EnglandUnbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.
-
Alison Cameron🐟 (@allyc375) reported from Kensington, England@ShieldingG @O2 Now there’s an idea. I wonder where the cleaners put it. I’ve only ever used it for my Dalek thing - never plunged a sink in my life.

Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Kensington, EnglandDear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

-
enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 ever tried putting lipstick on a pig Tom? it was your party in government that allowed the yanks to tell you to bin all the network equipment that worked.
-
Timothy (@tpoweeeer) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your shower of shite where in power for *check notes* 14 years, not just phone signal that’s a disgrace. Why are MPs not charged with negligence like CEOs?
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
Christopher (NOT Chris) (@puncharama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Try speaking to the regulator about it then you can really see why uk services are so poor
-
Gerry (@Gerry171561) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 We have no problems in Scotland
-
Luke Alexander (@LukeAlexanderpr) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Go on your mobile data settings and turn your signal to “5G on” not automatic!
-
DirtySecret (@RAGunner72) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, Dulwich’s signal isn’t bad because O2 or EE don’t care, it’s because Southwark and local residents block or shrink almost every modern mast application. Operators want to fix it, but planning laws stop them. Until councils allow proper 20–25m masts, Dulwich will always have Kabul‑level reception.
-
Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').
-
Skylier (@ebamsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.
-
Tony McGarahan (@tonymcgarahan) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone What a rude response when they have reached out to try and help. Not a gentlemen. And not a officer 's reppnse. Arrogant and entitled. Why post your original message?
