Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. I wanted to replace my car not extend lease. They offered £250 ffs! Took 6 months to sort!! I have rejected the £250 total insult.
