    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    I should never of left @ThreeUK for @O2 total shambles when it comes to signal for calls and internet, I’m seriously thinking about paying up this piece of S##t contract just so I don’t end up using 3G,yes 3G ffs.

    @YepJustJack @O2 Exactly - and we can’t do that if we don’t understand what the issue is. But this issue seems to be both not being shown a written policy and not being exempt from a store policy. The fact that the police were brought in suggests that it’s not just ‘they weren’t nice to me’
