@O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

@O2 After chatting with two separate reps at @O2 and being passed onto their respective managers, finally somebody actually attempted to fix it, but all of them said it can’t be done, so not holding out hope. Took hours of conversations. Will wait and see if it works. Disgusting.

@O2 Sorry that doesn't work. It takes us to the PAYG topup line. We put in the phone number and it says unrecognised. We press * for help and it asks for our number again which isn't recognised as it's no longer an 02 number. This is painful.

@O2 Very helpful but kind of funny when during the night I get 25mbps easily and in the morning at 7am I am down to 1mbps if I am lucky!! Luckily I have WiFi otherwise I would be stuck in the 90's again

@O2 Over 10 days now with no mast signal (CM3). Messages like ‘We working hard to sort it…’ ‘Please be patient…’ hardly works, when I can’t phone (receive calls) message (receive messages) or use data when I leave the house. Update by 29th Oct - am I to wait a further month?
