You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

@TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

@EE definitely not the best 5g network sitting in @VapianoUK in Tottenham Court Road and not a single bar of reception having to resort to using the guest Wi-Fi! Such a bad network coverage and they advertise about how good they are! People on @O2 with me have reception!

Man @o2 is the only uk network who's idea of customer service is employing people who don't give a damn and put the phone down on you just for sh*ts and giggles. 3 people have put the phone down on me today, there's a 30 minute wait to get through and they just suck

@suttieb @O2 Same here. Only had the one free trial when I started using the service (I think… don’t even recall that tbh), but also not getting an error, it just doesn’t do anything apart from take me to the account page
