    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

    @O2 I haven’t been able to get signal at all for 4days now. It says SOS whenever I’m not on wifi. I’ve been checking the network status and it says there is a mast broken near me. When will this be fixed?! I can’t contact anyone in case of an emergency!

    @O2 4 hours and still nothing, got no further, absolutely ridiculous now. How hard can it be to cancel an order? I'm £400 down, which is the deposit I paid. And I bet if I called, it would go around in circles as it has done for however long.
