Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

Cara (@lennonsghirl) reported@O2 you need to sort out coverage in #Coatbridge area. Large swathes of the area unable to get even decent 4g coverage so you can barely make calls or use data. At home calls only with WiFi support, no WiFi no mobile phone coverage. Really shoddy service at premium prices
