    @O2 Tbh it’s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and it’s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

    @O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

    @O2 fraud team apparently sent @dhlexpressuk to pick up the phone I never wanted between 9-11am this morning...shock no one arrived, I still have a phone I didn’t order, and I still can’t get into my account to check anything is actually resolve! #worstcustomerservice

    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @O2 hello you lovely people, so my phone is paid for so I’m now out of contract, been with you since day 1 but signal in DA15 7LE is shocking! A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, it’s about 1 mile away from me

    Hi there @O2 I am now sure that your customer service must include disconnecting the phone any time you run into an awakes conversation as this is now the 3rd time your caller has put the phone down after telling me they will transfer me. Lies & poor service have been consistent.

    @AbiBrooks @O2 Call O2 and put a password on your account if you don't have one. Someone did this to me and O2 forwarded my phone calls to a hackers number and they got into my bank account, and I had a password that they eventually guessed after 20 attempts and help from O2.

    @O2 Hi, there must be an issue in the Swindon/Royal Wootton Bassett area, for over a month I’ve had terrible issues with signal and mobile data. What am I paying for if I constantly get no service and shoddy 3G? Can this be looked into please as not happy with what I’m paying for

    @O2 The O2 sim card in my Samsung Galaxy S6 has stopped working. No external network problems. Tried cleaning it and putting it back with no luck. It says new card inserted & restart phone but nothing happens. Can't make calls and no mobile data. Any suggestions?
