Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

@aldideathqueue @O2 they'll probably spend a week trying to bother answering, assuming that you have moved your number from a different network to o2, you'll have a temporary number until at some point tomorrow when your old sim will lose signal, then restart your phone wnd5your number will appear

@o2 @McDonaldsUK tried to use the mcdonald’s code on the screens and it worked so went through to pay but it didn’t deduct price of the quarter pounder with cheese so cancelled the transaction, tried again and now says my voucher has been redeemed :( help
