    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    Update. Tried to call @O2 to discuss their **** service actually remained very calm and polite but without so much as taking any info they hung up. Another 15 mins on hold for them to hang up I’m guessing. Awful customer service.

    @O2 Haven't been able to send texts or get a decent call signal for nearly 3 days, network checker says that a nearby mast is not working properly. How long is it supposed to take to fix!? Phone is completely useless if not on WiFi!
