@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

@O2 why is there still next to no signal Blackpool FY1 Adelaide St. Albert Rd Central Drive Coronation St etc.? 3 years ago I complained and still no better. Makes life so difficult picking family up from town. If it does connect there is no sound. No 4g either. Same on 3 phones.

@O2 I have been trying to deal with a fraud issue since January and have rung your help desk every 3-4 weeks and still nothing has been done. Last week I raised a formal complaint and was told someone would ring me within 48 hours, it’s now been 10 days and nothing.
