But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

Ron Stidolph (@RonnieStidolph) reported@O2 Response appreciated, but its too late 4 failed attempts to transfer old number to O2, resulting in 6 hrs+ in online chats & 2 complaints (complaints that your chat operators raised, not me) & a cancelled contract within 14 days of a cooling period & a lost customer. Very poor.

O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache
