    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 Nope it’s terrible, not helped that I moved over from ee. Gave you benefit of doubt due to mast issues, but no resolutions or timescales, most of the time phone unusable and im now outside the 14 day period - I can’t assess the service properly until it’s actually working.

    No longer understand the value of being an @O2 priority member, waited almost 5 hours in a queue yet the tickets were sold out. Very poor user experience, why not tell your customer the ticket are sold out?

    @O2 no network on my phone for 4 days now. No calls, no texts no data just throwing credits on the account. I highly doubt there is an issue with a mast in my area as I have checked nearly every postcode in the UK same problem. At least tell us what the real issue is OR and eta?
