    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @O2 this is getting beyond a joke. 02 and virgin are supposed to be the same company now. I’ve just got my partner a great new deal via virgin but can’t get the same for myself with o2. I’ve been with you ages, the phone signal has gone appalling recently and nothing has beendone

    @O2 Literally where do I start … yes it was through customer services , I’ve been a customer with O2 for atleast 10 years and the service I’ve received over this past 6 months has been abismal. Clearly my custom doesn’t warrant a callback as promised !!!

    @morkehii @JennyPimmsWaugh @O2 So what you can do is make a complaint, wait 2 weeks, receive no reply to complaint. After 2 weeks, message on Twitter, to then also not receive a single reply. Repeat ad nauseum for the next 10-12 months with no one ever getting back to you.

    @O2 @HarryTucker_ Why is this the same reply to every customer that has told you this same story. It’s clearly a technical issue. My reception has been terrible for months, but today I am hotspotting my phone off a work phone as o2 has no reception.
