O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SophiePrestonHa
Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reported

Is anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?

  • Bradleyyy98
    B. (@Bradleyyy98) reported

@O2 A family member is a victim of PAC identity fraud, not one of your colleagues can help her, left her without a number, no access to any of apps such as shopping or online banking, instead giving the suspect full access without authorisation and impersonating us. Options?

  • Propertyshe

@O2 It’s been ongoing for over a year. You told me it had been resolved but we continue to have no @O2 signal. Seems to have started when you put in a new mast down the road.

  • simonreynolds34
