    @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    WOW Shout out to @O2 They have listened! And acted! We told them what was broken. One area was customer services. Today? Security info once, transferred once, no repeating our issue, no long wait and a very fair resolution for my friend. NICE ONE @O2, Gold star @Ofcom? THANK YOU

    @O2 after several hours failing to get a one-time code from you (told your systems were having problems), I've now hit some kind of limit (told it can't send more codes... despite me receiving none). Assuming this limit resets tonight? Or do I have to wait a full 24 hrs?

    @O2 unable to get whatsapp verification codes or calls. Recently ported my number to O2. Numerous posts on O2 community. A advisor on the community made a case escalated it and gave a case reference. Network team would contact in 5 working days. But I need assistance asap
