Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

Good morning tweets! What a muggy nite! So @O2 have teamed up with another network, my smart meter isn't connecting to meter, my BT line went down too as its gone digital, same time my smart meter went tits up!🤔 Honestly technology floors me to the ground sometimes🙄

@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

@O2 Hello. I cannot load any apps on my phone. My internet is either unbelievably slow or not working when I am at home during the day. The only time I can get internet properly is in the small hours which is no good. Why is the internet reception suddenly so poor in my area?

@O2 The phone network that will take your money but not give you a direct refund, delay giving you a complaints procedure, and - possibly worst of all - address emails to a sole account holder using names of deceased relatives who should not be named on the account at all.

@O2 The charge was to upgrade but you offered to waiver the fee as an incentive - it wasn’t and was deducted from our bank. Cust service have offered bill credit. We asked for bank refund. Told this is only available 6th Jan & we have to call back to request on the day.
