    Have phoned @O2 Maybe 7 times in the last 3 months, as they are investigating a company called Fermdemia that stole from my account linked to my phone. Starting to wonder if @O2 is fraudster ferdemia in disguise! ‘Someone will call you back’... that old chestnut. #o2 #help #fraud

    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

    @Michelle3882977 @O2 Hi Michelle - Have you managed to get this resolved yet? I have been experiencing the same issue as you & @O2 customer service seems to have no clue what to do. There are numerous reports of this issue since June so I don't know why they haven't resolved it yet.

    ****** off now been with @O2 for years and the last two weeks I’ve had no service and things only work when I’m connected to WiFi. Can’t ring them to sort it and trying to do a complaints form and even that won’t sodding send
