A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?

@O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

@O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

@Ofcom @O2 I can see so many issues with network issues, o2 is just awful They don’t address the issues or do as they promise, such as return calls! Maybe the regulator should look and maybe look into the issues posted. Bad network and being ignored.

@ryan_whatmough @O2 Your one of many including me, they use reset network setting, swap sim as some kind of stalling tactic. Then you get the return phone call promise, about as legit as a £15 note!

@Extinguisherman @O2 It’s like sport with me and them. They always say there aren’t any issues on my postcode. I consider never having enough of a signal to make calls or receive or send an SMS quite an issue. I live on a big business and housing estate too.

@O2 over 24 hours and 2 phone calls to your 202 number to try and sort my number issue. Gone from one o2 pay monthly sim to another o2 pay monthly sim, all I want is to keep my old number. Now family and work can’t get hold of me. What is going on,how long do I have to wait!!!!
