    @O2 3 weeks plus I have been having literally no service in my house! I have been with you over 26 years and never had a problem. Your site says there may be a problem with a mask and your engineers will probably already be on it! 3weeks are they on day rate? Help please

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @O2 your priority ticket service has not let me click on continue to buy the tickets (it is greyed out). This is the first time I have used the service and it isn't a good experience.

    @O2 hi! Iโ€™m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesnโ€™t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasnโ€™t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Donโ€™t forget here in the UK we pay a lot more as well. In Spain I get 500GB, for โ‚ฌ13, I get full 5G, renews after 28 days of usage. Never have no signal loss, I stream whatever I like.

    @kokeshimum @O2 O2 is the same all over the country. They get complaints on here every day and they do nothing. Dreadful service - canโ€™t wait for my contract to expire and Iโ€™m switching @O2 Awful in cities, awful in the countryside, dreadful at large events

    Been in Crete for the last 2 weeks including trips off the coast and up the mountains and I had full signal and 5gโ€ฆreturn home and not even 3 miles from Ayr and Iโ€™ve practically got to hang out the window. Why is our infrastructure so poor? @O2 @Ofcom @scotgov

    @kokeshimum @O2 The whole of UK telecoms is way behind many other developed parts of the world. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. Itโ€™s very very poor.
