I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?
