    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    An @O2 customer for 11 years, need a new phone and they are unable to offer me a deal until my upgrade window is open, which is for 4 weeks. I guess its off to a new provider

    @O2 I emailed my complaint to you. You responded by asking me to complete the complaint form as the email is not monitored. I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 I get a signal for about half of my train journey into Cannon Street, which is really very poor. They must know where people lose signal but for some reason seem fine with the current service.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
