    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 Quite frankly the worst customer service ever! I have been on the phone for about 7 hrs in total today, keep getting cut off, not called back. Keep running credit checks which are now being declined cos your awful systems keep messing up!!! Shocking!

    @O2 Can you please tell me, why my son had hardly any signal at home in Oxfordshire. It affects his business and his family contacting him. He wants to go elsewhere. But you have placed £500 charge if he leaves. That is extremely low
