@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

@AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK @O2 No. I do not need your help. The bandwidth and patchy transmitter network is appalling. I used to get 9600-14400bps on the WCML in 1998 and I knew when the signal would drop. It is no better now. Despite three methods of connection to a network. This is a shambles.

@O2 reviewing my UK mobile account. Currently on Tesco using O2 network. I live in Netherlands currently. Your website suggests this won't allow me to use roaming which I do under my current plan with Tesco. Can you confirm.
