1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

@Plusnet Hi we're having trouble blocking calls from a scam caller because it's coming up as an unknown number when we try to block it via your 1572 option. Is there anything else we can do? (It seems blocking *all* unknown numbers incurs a charge of £4 per month)

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!
