@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

@danpos_ @Plusnet When I get those speeds with my operator and talking to the technician does not work I give them an hour of bad grades on Ookla and as much frustration I can put into obscene words in comments on their FB page. Especially if they have promotions for new users.

📢 PSA while we're on the subject of safety: If you're on Plusnet then you won't be able to text the British Transport Police on 61016, as Plusnet don't support short code usage via their mobile service. Something I learnt the hard way.
