    @Plusnet , unfortunately @WeAreOpenreach weren’t able to confirm that we have an appointment, just rather enigmatically that they’ve ‘been in contact’ with you. This contact wasn’t flagged when I was on the phone to you earlier trying to confirm appointment. Can you help?

    However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @TelevisionGold @TVCatchup I used to have Plusnet when I lived in Glasgow and never had a single issue, and I used their own router and had Sky towards the end of living there

    @Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

    Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    @Plusnet Perhaps you could use your spare time to help Plusnet Mobile, moved my daughters phone to them, they sent me another customers SIM, cut off her phone, sent her on her first holiday since 1st Lockdown, 120 mile drive , 2 young children, no phone! That’ll do Plusnet…..Really

    @Plusnet My connection's gone weird. It's erratic & some web pages just hang 4 ages, then are fast again. I emptied cache, deleted all history, disabled extensions, ran CleanMyMac & turned router off & on again & restarted my Mac & not really any better so I'm stumped. Any clues?

    @WeAreOpenreach your engineer was booked by @Plusnet for 8-1 appointment, and no engineer attended and dont even bother telling @Plusnet was going to be late or myself, totally shocking but then again you have the monopoly so can give shoddy service and not care
