I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

You do need to clarify whether you have issues with the *Router bit" or the "WiFi bit". You can add a better WiFi AP to your Plusnet
