So nobody been living in this flat since last year but apparently there was a cease order on my phone line switchover? What ********? I'm guessing someone in the plusnet team doesn't 100% know what they are talking about.

  • robdogtrickies Rob Hanson (@robdogtrickies) reported from Poplar, England

@Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

  • PETERPAHOR PETER PAHOR (@PETERPAHOR) reported from Poplar, England

The worst part of having a problem with @Plusnet is having to listen to @rihanna while waiting for support.

@Plusnet I’m upgrading to fibre (yay!) have a few qs.When will my new router arrive (ordered Monday)? Will it be the same network name?

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • grahamguy Graham Guy 🇪🇺 (@grahamguy) reported from Biggin Hill, England

@MarcAllera Why is @plusnethelp ignoring a very simple problem? Failed number port from EE to @Plusnet - Support are not supporting and no-one on Social is responding. Why?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@Plusnet It is resolved but a 4-day response time is pretty poor and entirely in keeping with my experience of trying to contact Plusnet.

  • pepler18 Gary Pepler (@pepler18) reported

@Plusnet 4 rings if you are a new sale - 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES ON HOLD if you are an existing order - AGAIN. 3rd day of over an hour on hold and nobody answers. 10 days since ordering and still no date for install. NEVER BUY FROM PLUSNET

@MilesMo09705052 Hi, we have been told that some PlusNet customers have not been able to get onto our website. If you are with PlusNet you will need to call them to unblock our website. If the issue still persists please let us know. Thanks, Megan

  • _NickEvans Nick Evans (@_NickEvans) reported

@Plusnet what’s the process of getting internet speed looked at if it’s been below the guaranteed minimum speed promised when I signed my last renewal?? Speed has been consistently slow

  • RobL_L mElon Husk (@RobL_L) reported

@Screwfix @MashManMandela Hi @screwfix just get people to reset their routers that will resolve the issue. Plusnet occasionally use non UK dynamic IPs that you geoblock on your website. A reset usually resolves it. Just keep resetting until they get actual UK IP.

  • HeliG75412594 Heli G (@HeliG75412594) reported

@Plusnet your diagnostic bot is driving my crackers. It says I need an engineer to fix my fault text next to book one and the message saying it’s cancelled it and closed my case!! Can you get it to get it a grip or what about an actual person who can help me !

  • vivmarshuk Viv Marsh (@vivmarshuk@mstdn.social) (@vivmarshuk) reported

@Plusnet Also - when you (and other companies) say you're 'experiencing a very high volume of calls', day after day, week after week, you just mean you haven't got enough staff. Hence I put down the phone and have written this instead.

  • RobL_L Rob (@RobL_L) reported

@PeteSutton Hi, you just need to reset your router. Plusnet use dynamic IP addresses that change if the router is reset of power interrupted. Sometimes Plusnet gives one that's abroad for some stupid reason and Screwfix geoblocks non UK IPs Hope that makes sense. Reset your router 👍
