I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@GoodFoodChannel @food_network_ @FoodNetwork_UK @SkyHelpTeam @BDA_Deaf Im still waiting. Xmas is around the corner, it’s bad enough not havin subtitles for Xmas cookery programmes. But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

@virginmedia It's a lengthy one, I've been a @SkyHelpTeam customer for many years. I'm moving house next week. It's an area of Gateshead that isn't anticipated to have fibre before 2026. The average speed sky could offer me was 1.5m. which is useless. The only option was Virgin.
