@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@SkyUK If Sky wanted to make 2023 epic they'd fix all the problems that have persisted for the entirety of 2022 with #SkyGlass and #SkyStream I'd like to be able to pause live tv, leave the room for 10mins (or more) and come back to pick up where I left off, for starters.

@SkyUK abysmal service and comms seem to be all were getting over an ongoing broadband/phone outage in Washington. Almost 24 hours and best you can say is we're working on it.... and that's only if you push the issue.
