@SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam This is the puck & yes I’ve tried that. I’ve removed the Wi-Fi and re-added and it’s the same. The network settings tell me I’ve got an excellent Wi-Fi connection and the Home Screen says I’ve no Wi-Fi connection at all
