When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

@SkyHelpTeam There are still issues in Portsmouth. Internet drops for 10-15 minutes comes back for 3 minutes and repeats. Already used your tester service to inform an engineer.
