How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv customer service is a joke. 3 calls and 3 weeks to change package and credit offered as an apology only for it not to be added. Complain and I’m told sorry it’s not noted on your account. Eventually offered a smaller credit and told that’s all they can offer

@SkyHelpTeam @clickorcollect Added grand prix to my playlist hoping to watch an hour later once guest had left only to find out that doesn't work with sky glass. live sports is sky's biggest pull yet on sky glass you cant record live sport. rubbish.... back to sky q for me. Fancy TV to be returned😒
