When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

Help @SkyHelpTeam my already expensive sky package is increasing AGAIN, by £6. Who can I talk to (not on the phone - online chat maybe?) about possibly cancelling as we simply can’t keep being penalised for being an existing customer! Newbies get much better deals. 👎🏻

@SkyUK I'm an existing customer-can't get the deal, spoke to technical about an issue - fab service, then transferred to Value Team to add b/band boost - dreadful, talking over me, couldn't understand her foreign accent, wouldn't explain why admin and delivery charges £19.95!
