@SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

@SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

@aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

I raise a complaint about @SkyHelpTeam to the Ombudsman and now they won’t discuss anything on my account, won’t even discuss future or past billing. Contract ends April and goes up! @MartinSLewis @Ofcom isn’t this actively discouraging using the ombudsman process? #MartinLewis
