My @SkyUK broadband has been so bad these last few weeks I’ve used all my phone data and had to buy a bolt for the first time ever. Can’t get through to them on the phone either 🤬🤬

@SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam Its a shame, after phoning 4 times, being fobbed off. They finally said they couldn’t help. Not great, I thought VIP platinum mean’t something. I have mobiles and TV with Sky, I suspect I won’t once the contract ends. I’m so furious and disappointed with Sky. 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Im really unhappy. No one could offer me an incentive to keep my television and recently walking through my local shopping centre, SKY were offering Broadband, TV and Netflix for £35!!! How come I was not offered this deal having been a customer for 13 years!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.
