@SkyHelpTeam No, it’s about an engineer moving my sky cable to somewhere else in my livingroom. Charging a customer that has been with you £100 upfront in the middle of a pandemic for this is absolutely terrible. Considering my neighbour got it for free as a goodwill gesture.
