Appalling customer service from @SkyUK regarding withdrawing UFO in York when people are working from home due to Covid! Trying to move to @TalkTalk and have a period of no internet is ridiculous!

Nice one @SkyUK broadband isn’t working and can’t get an engineer out for over a week and then I have to pay £15 because otherwise I’d need to take a day off work! All for a service I pay you for that you aren’t delivering! #poorservice

@chaunews @SkyHelpTeam NE22 got the same issues. All lines are closed until 9am. Sky used to be 24 hours service… 2 green lights, one orange - orange is for the internet. The sky site says there’s no problem in my area but I’m guessing from this thread that’s not quite true…
