@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@SkyHelpTeam When will it be fixed? Should I be paying for a service that isn’t working!!??? The IPV6 firmware should have been upgraded on the 29/11 and then again in dec but hasn’t so how much longer will we be waiting?
