    @SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. Please can you tell me why every channel on Sky Glass keeps saying "Please wait for your program to load"? Is this a known issue? I have Sky Broadband Superfast. Every other device in the house is working as expected.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do we receive a discounted bill if my internet goes off, as my sky internet is like a tap dancers wig, up & down, free view is free, yet i surely will not be expected to pay for a service if it goes off, plus getting through to sky customer service is painful at the best of time
