@SkyHelpTeam Yes done all the tests. Says there may be an issue but no specifics - then all of a sudden it comes back on again. I’ve been experiencing random drops in my broadband for a few weeks now, as well as the big outage Sky had nationally the other week.

@SkyHelpTeam I am not with Sky anymore. I continously had issues with the Broadband when I was, and added £36 to my phone bill trying to resolve them. I have been with @virginmedia for 2 years and alls good.

@SkyUK I have Sky Q, and have been waiting for a streaming instead of box option since you announced it in 2017, now we get this?? Just update the Sky Go app to stream 4K UHD like everyone else seems to be able to do in 2021, and hey presto, problem solved.
