    @SkyHelpTeam Still no Sky broadband across South Wales inc CF63 where I live since yesterday evening! All the while, you are shut with no support or updates. I should be working right now on a key deadline project and holding key online meetings from 730am. This is ridiculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed - called to recontract. Was made a decent offer but told I have to pay a £20 admin fee for the privilege of entering into another 18 month contract with you. Been with you for 21 years. Time to cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam @iBFSZN Same! The help team when you cal just go through same rigmarole and blame equipment or setup... this isn’t the case. All been fine for months until last week. Clearly your network is having a wider issue and you’re not acknowledging it!
