No signal but @SkyHelpTeam not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.
