Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

Apparently @Cymru (and other home nations) don't deserve to have the highlights for their most recent #EuropeanQualifiers on Sky Go, whilst only England do 🤷 @SkySports force us to buy their packages to watch it, and then can't be bothered to provide a full service.

@SkySports Petulance…. Don’t mind seeing this usually but for a club trying to instill trust in a manager, this just shows disrespect and allows other players to think they can look down on those in charge. He’s man of experience and a captain… he should lead by example..
