    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s a problem with the broadband / wifi router. We’ve had an engineer round who said the boxes were working and the problem was with the wifi. He said he would get someone to arrange to come round in a week and that was almost a month ago.

    @SkyUK Sort. Your Network Out! How many times and how many people have been telling you that it's down?! Thousands of people have been calling up telling you that there's clearly a blackout but you're chosing to ignore it. Some of us work from home! We don't pay your prices for nothing!

    @SkyHelpTeam help ! Organised sky TV installation only for engineer to say the few trees in front of house mean they can't install !!! Please respond ASAP!!
