Really annoyed with @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @NestUK_ today Got new BT ultra fast broadband hub installed but Sky Q and Nest can’t connect to wireless. Ongoing issue for many users and each company blames the other. Devices don’t interface in the network. HELP!

Fair play to @SkyHelpTeam, called yesterday regards to a broadband issue. They sent an engineer out today and the problem was resolved. No messing around and got a discount on my next bill. Really quite impressed 👍

So popped onto @SkySportsNews ap today to have a look pre @SixNationsRugby today. The video section @SkySportsRugby has 18 out of 19 video about England. As a @SkySports customer in Wales I find it baffling. @BBCSport far better at spreading coverage @WalesRugby #joke

After watching the game back this morning, it’s even more embarrassing the performance of all the officials last night, both assistants made shocking decisions too. None more so that giving offside against Matt from a throw in. Poor analysis from @SkySports too which is a shame.

The day just goes from bad to worse. Wake up with a huge faceache (I won’t say migraine but it’s sinus pressure) then helping someone to stop being taken for a ride, get home and bloody @SkyUK box not working. The attitude from the Asian call centre made me put the phone down 1/2

It’s just the fact it’s a woman being more knowledgable about football that’s got some people’s backs up. The amount of stick she gets isn’t fair. @SkyHelpTeam My router keeps disconnecting every few minutes, and stays disconnected up to 10-15 minutes a time. I cannot get anywhere with the sky virtual assistant, and I cannot find a solution online. The amount of times I’ve had to restart my router and trouble shoot it is ridiculous
