@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

@lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

@SkyHelpTeam there has been a bad thunderstorm where I live and just got home from work and the electricity was off, my skyQ router power light is flashing red and skyQ tv box won’t turn on. On hold but fuming about this, only last week I had engineer out fixing signal! 😰😰😰

@SkyUK A week tomorrow since I had internet, shockingly bad service from @BTOpenreach1 and nobody from sky seems to be bothered either, nearly a £100 a month for my whole package to get this type of service

@SkyHelpTeam The router is working fine when using my second WAN line (Cellular) but when I switch it to the Sky connection, it works, then drops, then works etc. Very intermittent and been like it all day. Im a network engineer, so i know 100% it's not my network.
