    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I am having terrible signal issues with my broadband and going through your website you’ve told me there is an issue... says call you but you won’t prioritise my call because of key workers which I totally understand, but how can I get this sorted???

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    No more @premierleague fixtures for me, I do not go very often, but never again. Looks like I will be visiting @theposhofficial & controversially @CambridgeUtdFC along with our local teams for my football fix. @SkySports cancelled, WTF are the clubs and players up to! #Disgrace

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @anneramsey740 @SkyUK Anne when sky went from normal b/band to s/fast I was advised that it was a con as no engineer came out to change anything or upgrade wiring. It was done over a phone call and done in seconds. How is that kind of upgrade only a call away? But if its any help mine is up/down 2.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam. Is there any way you can fix the problems with ITV Hub. For the last three days it is not working on Sky Glass. It just crashes. For a supposed flagship service, it is becoming to be terrible. Good money wasted on poor service.

    @SkyHelpTeam They said that Sky failed out on placing the order 2 months ago. My WiFi was on till yesterday and I had placed an order so it’s not my fault. This should be treated as an exception and immediate help should be enabled. My work is getting impacted for something I am not at fault
