    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam No wifi in Scarborough either, Clare. Same prob as a couple of months ago when the whole area went down but they kept telling us to go through reconnection steps. Thinks it’s an exchange rather than Sky specific problem. Sky sent me a text notifying of problems yesterday.

    @liz_blogg @SkyHelpTeam Im in bridlington and its down, not the first time either, its getting pretty shitty lately, always liked sky but for the past year i had nothing but issues, finally had them resolved then had 2 outages and not once have i been offered compensation for a service i cant use

    Apologies to all the #nhscancerpatients awaiting treatment. Sadly @SkyUK tell me it’s not their fault but a 3rd party @OpenreachHelp and won’t help an #nhsworker in serious need for over a week! Last time I checked I contracted and pay you. Take some responsibility.

    @SkySports Waiting for the @fa to come out in support of the refs and fine the managers instead of dealing with the issue. I hate VAR and it seems to make the standard of refs even worse than before.
