    @rollingcreation @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’m soooo lucky they can squeeze me in this month...... But it’s ok, because as the Customer Service tells me: “You can still watch on your PlayStation”..... Ideal for a family of four that share no common TV interests.....

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky why do none of your advisors listen to me when I tell them problem with @WeAreOpenreach hasn't been resolved. Assured will be appointments made, engineer turns up, tells me can't complete installation as duct is still blocked. Only been going on since 22nd Dec

    Wow @SkyHelpTeam I just phoned for account help and spoke with 2 of your staff, terrible service, first one kept repeating "I work for sky mobile, I can't help" the next one I got wasn't able to answer any of my questions, so I've come here, fingers crossed
