@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyHelpTeam That yet again i have to have an engineer come out, each time weve done this the engineer comes out and cant fix it. In the meantime, i am not able to work unless i tap into my data. Which i do way too much. I was told by sky the fix is to upgrade and give you more money
