So they do the basic again. Sky is sooo unprofessional!Ask for money and no service !No compensation!#skybroadband

Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

If I try to call your telephone system doesn’t recognise me as a sky q customer so I end up waiting for over 1 hour to be put in another queue

Moved on Dec 18th- told we'd have broadband on 30th. That was moved to Jan 8th. 2 SMS today saying "Great it's all being activated by midnight". Here we are 1/2
