@SkySports people who watch football hear swearing all the time. You really do not have to apologise every time your FX miles pick up a bad word. It’s actually more annoying you do it than the fact one person in a 50,000 crowd swears!!!

@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

@lauracreaven @SkyHelpTeam Check some of the mobile providers. If you can get 5g where you are there are excellent deals from suppliers like 3. Otherwise use the independent broadband availability checkers. £30 for what sounds like upto 10mb broadband is poor.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi,is there a problem with downloading Box Sets, specifically Sky Witness?Trying to download Bull season 2 Episodes 15 and 16, first times they downloaded to 139%! Then Failed, rebooted Sky box now they won't download, nor did Chicago PD as a test. BBC iPlayer OK!
