When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve. It happens intermittently. I’ve hard coded the public dns ip servers and then it does work. It’s a problem with dns for some app’s only. The sites aren’t blocked. Apps like slack and WhatsApp are affected too.
