    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop directing me to something that does not work.. I have upgraded my Internet but the problem still persist. Please send an engineer to sort this out. I cannot be paying £92 per month for a service I hardly enjoy. It is a massive rip-off

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

Every month they would charge me, I'd call to complain, they'd reimburse me and say they'd 100% cancelled my account and it would never happen again, and...

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve done all the checks and resets the website says to but if I stream tv, then internet browsing on iPad goes really slow. I get 71mbps and it used to be ok, but not the last couple of weeks since full fibre arrived in my road. Seems fishy..🤔
