    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Enormous confusion at Sky as 2 separate calls failed to give me the answer you gave! So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam i initiated a phone swap on the 9th of March, i was given 3 different quotes for the phone, the last one said due to damage the quote halved the value, why after receiving 2 initial quotes is the phone mysteriously damaged ? What is going on ?

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is a joke! I’ve called 3 times to try and cancel Broadband Was told couldn’t cancel due to ongoing upgrade work in my area! Lady said she was making a note to cancel and not to worry! Just called again and another lady said there’s no notes
