@VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

Yous are in a relegation scrap yes, can get lucky with a few results but nearly half way through the season now and yous are in an alright place

@SuhelGMZ @SkySports Not sure I can answer that concern but it was a different ref in a different game so I think the incidents are hard to compare that directly. Man United were denied a perfectly good goal by Maguire and VAR didn’t step in as it should have, the system is just broken.

@jacobdyer96 @SkySports My concern is..why is the ref trigger happy to dish out reds when the team isnt Man utd? Also in the same Arsenal united game ..Arsenal were denied a blatant penalty and VAR only took few seconds to review the incident and said no penalty? To save the ref from embarrassment?

@SkyHelpTeam Internet still down, it’s over 24 hours now! Called 3 times and given zero information apart from “it’s an outage and open reach are working on it”. Surely if you are their client, you can get better information than this! I’m working from home with kids on online teams lessons!
