@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

@virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

@SkyHelpTeam Three weeks is a long time to have an issue like this, I am a VIP customer been with SKY for over twenty years and pay over £100 per month. This is awful customer service, I’d expect a lot better especially over the festive period.

@ScotlandSky @SkySports are currently guaranteed the 'main event' on Jan 02. The big problem is, the virus situation might get worse and the actual game will be closed. Then there is no 'main event' For this reason, it's only a crowd issue, not a forced one! The show goes on.

Continuing issues with @SkyHelpTeam broadband. Ever since a power trip 2/3 weeks back the range in our house has decreased. Now 10ft direct signal is intermittent. Full box reset etc no use. Devices that don’t move which used to work now don’t. Not good enough #CustomerService

@PaulHag87 @SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer round, was told any fixes will be only temporary. Only BT & SKY can fix it, it’s intermittent and sometimes of the day are better than others. If I were you take advantage of it working whilst you can and download as much as you dare!
