@SkyHelpTeam Since having sky glass, I cannot access live Sky events on my iPad sky sports app, even though I have a subscription, it says I don’t have it. Watching football on Sky go, just goes blurry when signal drops to 3g. Never had this before now.

@SkyUK So what happens if you're internet goes down can't watch anything at all, as I've got fibre ultimate line was down few days thankfully got satellite works and don't buffer/glitch. Only saying as had it happend sorry Sky I'm sticking to normal satellite it works.

@SkyHelpTeam That's nice but how does that help me? You "credit" the compensation to my account. So you actually get it back because you take it in payment for services. So in truth, even though I am paying for 4G data I get nothing.
