@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam You tell me. I ordered a sky Q box..even your engineer was suprised when he saw it was only a sky HD box.. I specifically I asked for the sky Q box because I wanted to use my apps on it which it what your customer service guy told me I was getting. How do I complain .

@SkyHelpTeam It takes us a couple of hours to fix says the web message. Now been down 8 hours. the process in your reply says “no issue detected”. when I phone you it says “we are aware of a problem in your area”. It’s critical to have it up and running tomorrow. Otherwise compensation chat!
