@SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I have Sky Broadband in my home and it has gone off all afternoon. I have tried to fix it with the suggestions on set up but to no avail. An engineer from another company was up the telephone pole outside prior to it cutting off. Can you offer advice?
