Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Stop with same standard message. Check Speedtest results, the problem started Xmas eve, I am not only one reporting issues before 28th. Hub has been reset a few times and followed online advice. You should reimburse customers as for 3+ days you are under minimum speed guarantee

@SkyHelpTeam I’m now into week 3 without any internet. Every time I call I’m being told @WeAreOpenreach should be turning up any time now. Yet no one knows when they will actually turn up. Never experienced a more inefficient service. I get it’s a tricky year, but 3 WEEKS?!
