    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn't just today. I tried multiple times at different times of day over the past few weeks and it was never available. Today I called instead but was on the phone for an hour and still have not received the promised call back.

    Great start to my @SkyUK contract. Engineer hasn’t turned up and now have a hour wait on the phone to find out why! Left Virgin because I thought they were bad 🙄

    @BowersWilkins The Panorama 3 looks interesting. But. No DTS-X support. Is it coming? Only 1 HDMI in. Why? @SkyUK sync is variable & can't be fixed by delay (it drops behind). Non EArc tvs suffer with lossy Atmos. At £900, 2 or 3 HDMI ins would be good.

    @luke19981898 @SkySports There’s absolutely no reason to drop a keeper 9 months before a tournament particularly when he would’ve been a national hero had Rashford Saka and Sterling not bottled their penalties. Pickford has also been good this season, he’s not responsible for Everton’s awful tactics.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam This isn’t on the help topics. I’ve spent an hour looking how to call out an engineer and you make it very difficult. No telephone numbers anywhere and you just send us round in circles on your website to save money. I’m paying a lot and possibly want an upgrade but
