    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @SkyUK wow my bill has gone up again! £115 per month. Only half the football no cricket no champions league yet they think a rise from £80 to £115 is justified. Can’t even answer the phone. Any other suggestions as just going to cancel sky

    @SkyUK Why do I have to buy or upgrade to sky glass ? Why not allow access via an app on any smart tv? I am customer but this is just another way getting more money out of many loyal customers. Sky Q is disappointing,with no reminder option,poor quality remote for handling etc.
