@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down . I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Which has told me my router setup is the issue, yet you’re fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange? Can you inform your customers there’s a problem?

@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

@SkyHelpTeam my partner & I have had major trouble trying to set up internet with you since 8/5/21 ready for us to move house and work from home by 4/6/21. Still no internet 5 weeks later. We also have no mobile reception meaning we are unable to even make emergency phone calls.

@cnormanv @SkyUK I have been without broadband since Weds morning - they told me it was because of the outage but now it’s still not working and just had a text saying external fault and will be 3-5 working days to fix! Outrageous and unacceptable.
