    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @SkyUK I have just terminated our Sky tv contract after approx 28 years because of technical issues with Sky Q and SkyGo apps and the failure of your support team to resolve the issues and because you’ve been overcharging is for 2 years.#skytv #noloyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam I moved to a new home which supposedly has good mobile signal. Turns out it’s almost zero. Contact support, go through device based checks. Then get told I’m being passed to an advisor, except I don’t and am then told to search your community? Not good enough
