    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam My husband will be ringing tomorrow as Sky won’t talk to me - even though I am authorised on the account. When we rang last week, we we’re supposed to be getting an “expert” visiting on the Tues!!! We’re out of contract so paying top price for NO SERVICE!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have an issue where my ring doorbell chime network disconnects from my broadband at about 2am every night for about an hour. It then comes back online fine. Is there a "downtime" setting on my Sky Broadband that i'm not aware of? I have no issues any other time
