    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @virginmedia broadband down again. Every month there’s at least one problem. Contract can’t end soon enough. So glad to be going back to @SkyUK . If you’re thinking of going with Virgin Media, stay well away! #useless #workingfromhomefail

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down . I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Which has told me my router setup is the issue, yet you’re fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange? Can you inform your customers there’s a problem?

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there's no problems in my area on your service update, but I know that multiple neighbours are experiencing the same thing. Can you come back to me when you know a timescale please? Not ideal for home-working!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam I won’t be buying any more products from sky customer service and particularly customer care is absolutely diabolical wait forever in queues then cut off then no one interested there must be better alternatives

    @SkyHelpTeam @AT_TT "We are not aware of any issues" Ffs, all you have to do is search "Yahoo Mail" on Twitter to see that they are having problems but apparently that's beyond the capabilities of Skys clueless help team.

    This will be my last tweets on this. My sky issue has finally been resolved. However, no one got in touch to say it has, no apology for how long it's took, and you automatically closed my complaint down. That is not good customer service @SkyHelpTeam . That's it, no more sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you even aware of the customer journey or have you tried these links yourself? There are no tech details it just runs back through the service checker. Just share the number to the tech team if you want to claim to help
