    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyUK wow my bill has gone up again! £115 per month. Only half the football no cricket no champions league yet they think a rise from £80 to £115 is justified. Can’t even answer the phone. Any other suggestions as just going to cancel sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, done all of this, firmware updates to all eqpt, factory readers etc. 40 years experience working in electronics and IT. Fault is intermittent up to router from network

    @SkyHelpTeam Have now spoken to sky. They've run tests and openreach is meant to be fixing the issue (that they thought was fixed but wasn't). Have heard nothing from them yet though. Have been without broadband since Wednesday evening.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thanks. I had to register him for a new email address that he's never going to use in order to get past the screen so he could access his emails. He's up and running now but he would have been stranded without my help.
