@SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

@skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

@SkyHelpTeam HI sky I've noticed a software bug on your new router which adds sky boost. When u change the bandwidth on the 2.5ghz from 20mhz to 20/40mhz. Sky q doesn't work at all.

@OpenreachHelp My provider @SkyHelpTeam are useless. @OpenreachHelp all I need done is the pole at the back of my house replaced. You and sky don't seem to understand this and keep sending engineers to fix a fault. JUST REPLACE THE POLE!!!!!!!

The phone line outside our house has been on the floor since the storm on Friday. @SkyUK customer service team are not helpful. @WeAreOpenreach engineer came for 1 hour today and spent 50mins of that in his van before driving off. 🤬🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Yes have tried all those. The app says 27Mbps is coming into the house. Sometimes get 20 but it is the inconsistency that is the issue. Impossible to work properly from home as suddenly it drops to 5 like this morning. Reported it on phone yesterday but not taken seriously
