For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

@barlowdjb @SkyHelpTeam Fixed. Defaulted to a setting. To help you get UHD working, can you please make sure that your Audio visual setting is on 2160p (UHD). You can do this by Press Home on your Sky remote. Go to Settings. Select Setup, then Audio visual.

@VodafoneUK blooming hell. I have been on a call with customer care 3 TIMES this YEAR. cause i was told Switzerland was on international and now it isnt. I have to pay £1.50/min but last month my bill came to £101.78 and this month it is £70.59. my fee is £57/m. prefer @SkyUK now

Since January I’ve been waiting for a replacement sky glass. The first one that got delivered was broken. January - May and still no sign or even a call from @SkyUK. Truly appalling and I’d implore anybody thinking of getting one to stay clear.
