@virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

One month now of hassle trying to instal fibre optic. @virginmedia constant hassle. Promised engineers that don’t arrive, promised call backs that never happen, 4 hours on hold, engineer installing wires incorrectly, 4 weeks and still no service. Cannot run business! Help!

@virginmedia Thats precisely the issue! I was originally told the 17tg which even then was a 3 week wait and wasn't notified of the change until the 15th at 2130?! Therefore I was after it sorting before the 30th. Honestly this is ridiculous #pointless

@virginmedia The service status states no issue but there is an issue in the area as every house in the wider postcode has lost access to broadband. The phone line is an useless as the web link. I strongly suggest you get someone to investigate.
