    Thank you @virginmedia . Not only have I wasted 5 hours over the last 2 days trying to get thru to VM about a technical issue. I also have to endure Justin Bieber songs ,while waiting for someone to pick up - adding insult to injury...and still I wait ! #poorservice

    @virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

    @virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia OK thanks, but the weekend rule is just a ruse to get out of paying back customers (who after all use the service at the weekend) and means you can start long works Friday and carry on all weekend paying total disregard to customers. It's honestly outrageous.

    @virginmedia our go live date was 23rd June, phoned today & told we can’t get it until 28th, as an engineer is needed & no one has told us that there would be a delay until we called asking why it wasn’t live. Customer advisors were all cheeky, rude and cold. Awful experience.
