@virginmedia I asked for it to be raised as a complaint but doubt it did get raised by the experience so far. I'm sick of talking about it, how about virgin actually gets of their *** and actually sort this out for once, and before you ask me to call virgin, forget it I've done enough already

@virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

@virginmedia It was yesterday and I was hung up on 3 time yesterday by your staff, I reported problem on Tuesday and no one is bothering to call back when they say they will, twice now. I've requested 5 times that the order Is cancelled and get blocked everytime by your staff. I'm Furious

@virginmedia Broadband IS listed as affected but there isn’t a specific time of resolution. Unfortunately it’s become a habit to reboot my hub each time the internet goes down as it happens regularly. So yes it was the first thing I did and I still don’t have internet.
