    @virginmedia No, as I explained, it appears to be no longer a problem. I am less concerned with a fault occurring; that happens. I am more irritated by a lack of notification of the change, no response to my call and your lack of acceptance of their being a problem.

    I love @virginmedia products, but detest their overseas call centres. Customer service is appalling! Been on the current call for 40 minutes and now I’m apparently being transferred somewhere else! I’m only trying to sort my contract out....

    @Leearna6 @suz_rudnik @virginmedia Ofcom compensation is £8 a day for loss of service but they don’t pay it until service is back on... defo chase it up as it’s the law now not just a customer service / good will gesture. As soon as you are reconnected it should be applied to next bill.

    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @virginmedia Unfortunately, it’s the same problem each time. The outsourced company who should install the cabling prior to the Virgin Media installation keep not turning up or putting in the cables. We have spent a lot of money on makeshift solutions to at least have access to some WiFi.

    @virginmedia Nothing to do with service status I've had problems with money due to benefits being stopped and restarted.. I've asked nicely if this can be done.. "no". I'm honestly thinking about going talk talk I've had enough of being treat like a second class customer.

    @virginmedia Today is the 4th time in August where my day started without broadband. Extremely poor service. I live in SN2 area. Your help line says that the broadband wont be back until 6:40 PM today. Another day without broadband. After being a loyal customer for 12 years.

    @virginmedia No, there isn't. And to be honest, even if there were it wouldn't be credible given the number of times Virgin have promised a fix and failed to deliver. Eight days with complete loss of service!

    @virginmedia It is an ongoing problem and as been for months. It is so so so frustrating to be watching something on catch up and then being thrown out half way through. It ruins the little time I have to watch TV and I am paying for a package that’s not fit for purpose.
