@virginmedia Passive aggressive sarcastic responses using my name are creepy and unhelpful. If you would like to help me please follow me so I can Dm you my account details.

  • Sergios_13 Sergio (@Sergios_13) reported from Paddington, England

@virginmedia Hi, thanks for your reply. We keep having the same problems with connection over and over. For the last months, I have called at least 3-4 times / the calls are charged. I expected from your side to offer services to inspect the connection and router. Thank you

  • gorgeousuk anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England

@virginmedia another tweet to let you know how crap your service is...again. I’ve just joined up to virgin media store to purchase a film and it’s taken me nearly an hour to do all this-your keypad for signing is is prehistoric and sloooooooooowwwww

  • MrPJFleming Paul Fleming (@MrPJFleming) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia Please note that I do not consider the complaint closed. That I feel you are bullying me to agree to this. And that I have clearly expressed my dissatisfaction accordingly. Please note this. Thank you.

  • sladey66 It’s only curly at the front (@sladey66) reported from Camberwell, England

Dear @virginmedia. Broadband in SE15 3BS is still down. I cannot work. Please let me know where I can send the invoice for a day’s lost work. At current rates you owe me approx £250

  • walshi01 Declan (@walshi01) reported from Ealing, England

@CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues. Now that I am not technically with them they ignore my attempts at contact

  • camisyfl camisyfl (@camisyfl) reported from Camden Town, England

Can someone @virginmedia please help. Your helpline is an absolute joke. Cant do what’s required online as it states there’s a problem and I have to phone. It’s a joke. Free box upgrade as they discontinue mine and it’s like running the gauntlet. Jokers

  • ElGuiri13 Michael McDermott (@ElGuiri13) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia enough is enough. Broadband in the Nunhead/ Peckham are has been useless for nigh on@a year. We were promised big improvements in Sept that never came. We now re-boot 2 to 3 times a day. Had enough of your suggestions that never work. Please arrange an engineer ASAP

  • walshi01 Declan (@walshi01) reported from Ealing, England

@virginmedia Well - what a surprise. No contact after 48hrs which I believe is part of your resolution criteria. Don’t know how else I can move a complaint through this process when I am ignored!!! A court letter will no doubt wake someone up there 😊👏👏🤭

  • walshi01 Declan (@walshi01) reported from Ealing, England

@CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia Have completed a CISAS complaint file last week.

  • sladey66 It’s only curly at the front (@sladey66) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

  • Flissej Fliss James (@Flissej) reported from London, England

@virginmedia please can you provide me with a number or link to web chat so I can change my broadband package. The website links just keep leading to ‘help pages’.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • doubleodix John Dix (@doubleodix) reported

@virginmedia I managed to contact an engineer directly because nobody in your office communicates. I’m going to refer it to the ombudsman as it is literally impossible to talk to anybody. I would still like to know how I cancel - calling isn’t an option as I’ve been doing this for months.

  • EllieeHud Ellie Hudson (@EllieeHud) reported

@virginmedia please can you help? I called your helpline and they said it’s a fault in my area for 3-5 working days to fix and to call another number to check status of this. That number doesn’t mention a fault at all and no fault on my app???

  • mathewbaxter17 mathew baxter (@mathewbaxter17) reported

@virginmedia WIFI is down for second time this week but neighbours who are on virgin there WIFI is fine. Also speeds when working have dropped form 250mb download to at most 60mb download??

  • iRIN382 《【RIN】》 (@iRIN382) reported

@virginmedia dear VM, we called the customer service team to cancel our contract with yourselves to only be hung up on after 1h!! 😠🙄 Is there any way to cancel the contract online?

  • AntMelvin Anthony Melvin (@AntMelvin) reported

@virginmedia I'm not, no point keep apologising I want some action! Does anyone at your company take ownership of an issue and actually have any intention of doing anything other than apologise or is that all you're trained to do? @Ofcom #virgin #virginmedia #CustomerService

  • 1DaveyMo David Morton (@1DaveyMo) reported

@eqdynamics @KateBaucherel @katebevan Just had a Google. Seems Virgin media disable PPTP and L2TP by default. Also seems that they disable access to various VPNs . I suspect that Xav is using a work VPN tho. Only reasons I can think it might cause performance issues on non VPN connections are routing and CPU loading

  • Carrierbag83 Carrie Marshall (@Carrierbag83) reported

@virginmedia another day down in KT8 area......and maintaining there is no problems. Yet upping prices again. My Daughter had a full on anxiety attack because she could not get onto her remote learning. You're despicable. Hangs up when calling you people too.

  • jodymedland Jody Medland (@jodymedland) reported

@virginmedia I could, and have already, but what exactly would that achieve? For instance, I used to be able to log into my account and connect with someone on live chat. Now, it's run by bots, so no answers are available and sessions simply time out. You have a solution for that?

  • graham641 GRVY Graham6 (@graham641) reported

@autoalex @EE It's problems like these that make me wish the shops were still open, had a similar issue with Virgin Media when I wanted to get a better deal they told me about in a email promotion.

  • MikeHoganPT Michael Hogan (@MikeHoganPT) reported

@virginmedia is there anyway to upgrade this god awful Superhub3 to 4 without paying for it. It's making my online gaming experience terrible because of it's constant latency spikes. I'm on 350mbs and my old BT Infinity 50mbs connection has a more stable connection than this?
