@virginmedia That’s absolutely fine, but again like mentioned before. I should not be receiving contrasting information from your employees. I can understand one isolated incident but having 2 incidents for the same issue highlights a form of incompetence somewhere

@PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

@virginmedia It’s a bit of a joke that the deadline keeps being pushed away even more now. Almost 2 days without service.

@virginmedia I made a formal complaint against your company and was told 28 days I’d get a response - it’s been longer than that, what can we do to get my complaint moving?

@virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

@virginmedia network down in KT5 area? TV been offline all morning, just came back for a brief second but signal gone again. Is there a fault?

3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

@virginmedia I don’t mind speaking to technical support and them trying to troubleshoot, but what I absolutely hated was being told contrasting information by all the different staff members in VM

@virginmedia The service fault is still a thing, been more than 24 hours now. How long is it going to be? Your website keeps pushing the estimated time further.

@virginmedia Yeah - to well past 5pm tonight. I have to work and this is almost two days of no service. Aboslutely ridiculous. Never going to use virgin after this month.

@virginmedia And then told that they couldn’t do that either, all whilst being very rude on the phone for an issue with the equipment which frankly I believe is not an acceptable level of service ( I don’t expect 100% reliability - but something better than no service would be nice!)

@virginmedia We agreed after 2 years of slow service you’d upgrade my 2 TiVo boxes to V6 and bring 3 pods to cover dead zones agreed in Nov last year and after 3 missed appointments and you calling me 3 days to confirm the work to do & you still **** it up. #fuckwits

@FirewalkR @Chevrongreens73 @virginmedia Any time I call the number the customer service gives me, I get a robot saying “sorry for the intermittent signal in your area, our technicians are working on it, but it’s taking longer than usual”. It’s been 3 weeks of this

@virginmedia we have 3 VM tv boxes in our house (1 in each bedroom and 1 living room) on a TV, broadband and phone deal. We pay £105 a month. Is there any way we can keep that but upgrade our Internet? Internet is slow and I need the fastest you have got. Happy pay the extra.

@virginmedia any chance there will ever be a fix for the tv go app so that it recognises I’m on my home network and allows me to watch recordings? Massive failing of the app to not be able to recognise the network it’s connected to

@virginmedia @Kabatan7 Oh bollocks. You gave me the same "busier than normal" line in January. Hopelessly understaffed "customer service" for all of the last 10 years. That's why you didn't remotely challenge my case with @CISASUK, just paid compensation. 1/2

@virginmedia @Kabatan7 @CISASUK Cheaper to compensate the few that can be bothered to take the complaint process all the way than to provide a service where loyal customers don't feel taken for granted and ignored. 2/2
