@virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.

Day 5 no internet, first it was the router then it was probably a cut wire but now it's the network, amazing how much internet is needed to do basic things these day's. Hopefully it's back tomorrow as the network dudes are supposed to be here tonight/tomorrow @virginmedia suck.

@virginmedia It's just a disgrace. Worst thing we ever did swap back to Virgin. I knew from previous experience it was garbage but decided to give it another crack. Constantly cuts out when gaming, the smart box you provided is always buffering watching literally anything. Joke.

@DebbieSioux @virginmedia Just go straight to the Ombudsman. If VM can’t be bothered to resolve things, a professional body needs to be involved. I myself having issues with complaints not being addressed so going down the Ombudsman route!
