    @virginmedia Hi thanks for the response We reported issue 1st on Monday last week it was intermittent all week 2 or 3 days we had nothing despite engineer visit It corrected itself Friday late pm. We had been told we had an issue but The engineer advised we were affected by a local outage

    @virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

    @virginmedia They have a record, I called this morning as its lasted the weekend without issue. Compensation was refused. Hence the tweet. It was on an off whole week. Even tried changing a resistor which did not work
