@virginmedia Yes even with a wired connection anyone with Virgin in my area has been having this problem around 9.30pm your WiFi dies and doesn't start working again till about half 1/2 in the morning which isn't acceptable.

@virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

Thanks for the retweet Christine. We are having a horrendous experience with @virginmedia, which is compounded by them sending texts which indicate that the problem has been resolved when it clearly has not. 6 days and counting with no service

@VirginMediaIE @UtilityregCRU This has been escalated to a manager, gone to the CRU and at least 6 complaints made and you advise there's nothing you can do. That virgin media services state that 'you don't actually provide wifi' with the service. Something that is a complete joke

@virginmedia Hi, thanks for the quick response. No - she had an existing installation, but her wifi keeps dropping out. She has a super hub 2 which I had issues with myself. She needs a new router, plus it moved downstairs as she can’t get upstairs any more to manage it if it goes wrong.

@virginmedia Yes. Thanks to your colleague. I wrote a letter via him. Callum called me Friday & agreed to provide mobile internet in light of of my having no connection since November and not expecting a resolution before March. He told me he'd share a number for follow up but it didn't come.
