If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

@SW_Help @RMTunion btw, was due to work at home part of tomorrow because of ongoing #swrstrike but cos of @virginmedia’s ineptitude fixing cable fault, no WiFi , so I can’t. I’ll need to use @SW_Railway terrible strike replacemen trains!. You All owe me compensation I think!

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@virginmedia We have made multiple phone calls to try to get some help. We were told we could get some of the home pods and have now been waiting 3 months for them. My husband was told by one lady today that we aren’t eligible for the pods now because the scan she did said we had good speeds.

@virginmedia Keeps dropping in and out, says there are no known issues..... I had to hotspot yesterday and use data for atleast 6hours. If I didnt have a work phone I would not have been able to work and therefore would not have been paid.

@virginmedia honestly your connection is beyond awful. Paying a lot of money to supposedly get 350 mbps but get an average of 50. Cannot do anything even if no other devices are on the wifi even with an ethernet cable. Also can't talk on the phone as it's automated. Absolute scam
