Captain Zongo (@CaptainZongo) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia has to have the worst hold music for a service line on the planet. And, as a #VirginMedia customer you get to listen to it every couple of weeks. One of the pluses of being a Virgin customer!
-
chris whittart (@fatwhit5) reported from Hounslow, England
******* shit @virginmedia WiFi has gone off AGAIN 😡😡
-
Victoria Cuthill RN (@VickyChas3) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

-
Spyinthesky (@spyinthesky) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@virginmedia I'm already tempted to quit your over priced service that just might be the decider. But I guess once you start *************** out of your customers eh
-
Sam Peel (@SGuggiariPeel) reported from Poplar, England
@virginmedia Wireless. But the problem is the device (seemingly some kind of limitor) installed by your engineer. That is the specific point I want addressed and I'm fed up of being pointed to generic and useless guidance
-
Zabi (@ZabiOsmani11) reported from Hounslow, England
**** you @virginmedia for ruining my evening
-
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England

linda holmes (@pussinpjs1) reported from London, England

-
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia 2/2 you be able to supply a service at a later date.
-
paul taylor (@trustintalk) reported from Paddington, England
Sadly it doesn't just happen with Virgin Media but with most service providers (a misnomer if ever there was one).
-
Barbara Poole ⚽🦅 (@Barbara4003) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia Netflix freezes, loses signal and then just hangs. Only way round it is to turn box off. This is a very common problem that VM seem to choose to ignore
-
Rich Homie Yom (@yomzworld) reported from East Ham, England
@virginmedia known outage issue was meant to be resolved by 9:15 am, is still not rectified. Now pushed to 2:15pm. Not acceptable at all
-
Paul (@PaulG_Lon) reported from Wandsworth, England
@TomMockridgeVM @virginmedia @richardbranson I’ve written to you twice today Tim, but haven’t had the decency of a reply. Please help me. Or you Richard. Thanks
-
Caroline Murphy (@carmurp) reported from Walthamstow, England
@virginmedia No it has not been fixed. The WiFi returned temporarily and it has gone again....leaving my children with no access to essential online learning resources. They have not been able to do their homework all weekend. This is extremely poor service. You need to fix ASAP.
-
Peter Boxer (@peter_boxer) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia @Ofcom A shame indeed. This has been pretty appalling. Starting with a glitch over (IMHO) unfair charges, poor CS has led to me ending my time with you.
-
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia This isn't currently affecting me, although I am a customer. I saw a friend caught by your clause. I think if you cannot supply a service when a customer moves home, you should not be charging the customer. By so doing it's highly unlikely the customer will return should 1/2
-
linda holmes (@pussinpjs1) reported from London, England
Can you please listen to what people are saying @virginmedia and ask if they have the right equipment for upgrades etc. I have the TV 500 but you put me down as having the V6.
-
Barbara Poole ⚽🦅 (@Barbara4003) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia No - they always just ask you to do all the things we’ve already done a hundred times then say it’s not a problem with them.
-
owain gerreyn (@ogerreyn) reported from London, England
@virginmedia what a joke of a company. My broadband was down for months and you continued to charge me now I’ve left you are still trying to charge me!
-
Daniel W (@damawa42) reported from Kensington, England
@virginmedia Occupant. Yet you know full well the occupant is already a customer. I know, I know, you're going to tell me it's a different department or a third party, but that's pathetic. Please inform them of current customers so they don't get spammed. Morons.

Searching For My Hoody (@theguyinahoody) reported
@derrickca @virginmedia If they’re not actually providing you with the service you paid for then you might be able to leave the contract early because they’ve technically already broken it. Maybe ask in your local Citizens Advice Bureau? (I don’t actually know if you have them, but worth a check)
-
Del 🌈 (@derrickca) reported
@virginmedia By the way. I do really appreciate you trying to help. We’re just so frustrated by it all
-
Patrick B (@Patrick50729022) reported
@virginmedia It’s pretty obvious to see there is an access issue etc , they just don’t care . Fed up with unwanted companies destroying our footpaths and roads and leaving behind a patchwork quilt mess
-
Rob Fisher (@RobFisher) reported
@virginmedia Resolved now, thanks. My complaint was about being told to log in when I just wanted an answer. So I pretended to be a new customer and discovered gig1. But gig1 was not available when I logged in. But chatting to an agent I could get it. All good now.
-
Ken Morley (@morley_ken) reported
@Ofcom came across this from your site regarding fixed line rental fees. Is this accurate? For example Virgin media telephone cable is separated from BB & TV core supplying services? Some companies state you must take fixed line, they do not state Service provider fee?
-
Mike Moran 💙 - I’m Wearing A Mask 3.5% (@mmmikemoran) reported
@naomhgallagher @virginmedia PlusNet is probably the cheapest. We’ve been with them for 8 months and no complaints. And their customer service rates well. We tried Virgin a few years ago but after several visits they said there was a 1 metre gap between the cable in the street and the start of our drive.
-
Scotty_Crackz (@ScottyCrackz) reported
@PresBastards @virginmedia Inbox quickly all kind of hacking and recovery service
-
Denis (@PresBastards) reported
@virginmedia Just to to wait 5 working days. Which means next Friday. Which means I can't login to work for a week. Which obviously has ramifications. It's a joke.
-
Tess 🦔 - fully vaccinated, rocks a mask. (@violetscrawley) reported
So @virginmedia wants to charge us £165 to disconnect our broadband, even though we don't actually want to disconnect our broadband - we simply want to change the name of the person paying the bills as the person currently doing so is moving out. WTF IS THE CRAP!?
-
Shannon ♡ (@shanaacrossing) reported
@virginmedia It’s my grandfathers account, it won’t even let him sign in to check that link, I tried multiple times.
