@virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

Hi @virginmedia, one of your utility boxes on Oxford Road #teddington (TW11) has been knocked over and has metal and wires exposed. Please send someone to fix ASAP. Have informed local council’s Highways team too.

@virginmedia I understand but I’ve got a masters deadline. What I don’t appreciate is when I call the 0800 number with my Camden postcode it says that there is no problem. And that’s the number 0345 people tell me to call. A week of no internet over a bank holiday is beyond dissapointing

@virginmedia London EC1 is out. Seems a mast has been damaged in the brief heavy storm that hit London moments before. An act of god however don’t believe in him! At least I get usually get 99% great service from virgin :)

@virginmedia Never arrived. Found the phone number, they couldn't find the order at all, and spent 40 minutes on the phone before somehow being disconnected twice before being able to confirm order, so still no order!
