    @virginmedia Just says a problem that was fixed at 4PM. It was going full wallop about 30 minutes ago, but then stopped working. When running the connection test it can’t fix it. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @virginmedia Your service check link keeps saying the same thing but keeps forwarding the estimated fix time in increments of 4 hours, making it seem like an engineer is working round the clock... But we see no-one on our street. I've never had a service cut off for so long + no updates!(2/2)

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply, I got through in the end. Was calling regarding poor WiFi coverage in my flat, and the more pressing matter of our internet being down for over 24 hours - engineer booked for Friday but not an ideal experience so far with this broadband!

    @virginmedia Checked earlier - no faults found on the auto test. Also rebooted router to no avail. Issues affecting both WiFi and cabled connections, as well as the video on demand apps on the TiVo (amazon prime video was slow and laggy)

    F**king typical! I’ve trying to get a @virginmedia engineer to come and fix our limited BB for weeks and an engineer turns up to fix our phone lines... which we didn’t even ask for. But he found a fault! At the virgin end... which doesn’t surprise me one bit. #useless #fuckwits

    If you want to buy from @virginmedia you can instantly talk to someone, contact them to leave and you go through multiple people to leave. Do they not realise the way you treat people on the way out dictates if you ever return. What a waste of my time.

    @britpakgirl @virginmedia I had issues with them earlier this year when working from home. Two days without access. Had to resort to sitting in a coffee shop to try and get work done.

    @virginmedia Than set up a 2G and 5 G setting so we could get connection in other areas of the house. No problem since then until the issues with the network last week. It’s like the hub has gone back to a default mode as we have to put the original password off the hub in to join.

    @virginmedia Yes that’s right. I don’t know what happened to the call investigation, no one could tell me. Another complaint was raised but resolution was ‘apology to customer’ which I haven’t actually had! Now I have to take the complaint externally. Shocking it has got to this point.

    @virginmedia I have no internet or tv. I’ve had 4 different error codes come up. I’ve done everything they say and nothing works. I’ve checked any problems in my area and it says “unavailable “ and I’ve tried calling but no answer and cuts off
