    @virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

    @virginmedia The internet has come back, it’s unacceptable that we have outages so often. Paying for a service or goods requires uninterrupted service. When that breaks down, we are paying for a service That is not delivered. I want to be refunded for a service I don’t get.

    @virginmedia my landline is not working. You do not reply on the message contact service (blaming Covid of course, not entirely credible when other businesses cope ok now) & I cannot phone you as my Virgin line is not working & your charges from other phones are outrageous. Help!

    @virginmedia seems virgin forgot about customers. I been waiting 2 months to settle my internet service . I even paid early statement fees. Not fair to charge such fees in current pandemic times.

    @virginmedia I reported my loss of WiFi on 16/10. Engineer on 21/10 was not able to fix as virgin had put a noise blocker on. Engineer on 27/10 did fix WiFi. So no WiFi for at least 10 days so no bills for a couple of months at least if £8 a day for no WiFi?

    @virginmedia I did call today and was told I couldn’t arrange an engineering as their was an issue in the area even though I explained that this was nothing to do with my ongoing issue???? And the advisor was unhelpful which is why I asked for a manager. But they didnt call me as advised

    @virginmedia fraudulent account set up in October, was told it was sorted then last week receive a letter saying I owe £610.30 logged it AGAIN with your fraud team an now on my 7 th phone call with no call back from anyone and even advisors putting the phone down on me??????????

    @virginmedia Just had engineer 3 hours ago and broadband/internet gone again!!! All green lights flashing again!!! It seems impossible to get this sorted out! Just think i’ll have to cancel and get another provider. Just booked another engineer and now got to wait again until Thursday 26th!

    CAN @virginmedia confirm you received my complaint this morning? It wasn't clear from the website the complaint actually was submitted. Unless i get a response by Monday, i'll just cancel my direct debit, no way i'm sitting on the phone for an hour to cancel.

    @virginmedia Tried the pin hole hub several times. Been on the forum for few weeks nothing helps. I finally got through on the phone last week and got told to reset it wait 48 hours and it would work OK. But still not working its so frustrating.
