    So over joyed we had Internet... 1st day I get to test and. Yep ping test proves getting less than 33% of my paid for service. One of 2 options. 1 @virginmedia are screwing up again (occurs often) or 2. The Hub 3 still has xesign/systems faults.. Last time replaced with hub 2.5

    @virginmedia She was in one location but is now on a coach heading home(UK) but has about 20hrs to go and would like the use of her phone! Her friend (on a different network!!) has worked fine since they set off. It worked on the wayout finding local networks as they travelled...

    @virginmedia Hi yes I've been receiving slow speeds since Friday (less than 5Mbps) on wired and wireless devices- have tried reboot and moving the hub but no luck, also phoned customer care but they hung up on me. Need this sorted asap, please help!

    @virginmedia Ordered an ‘intelligent wifi pod’ over 4/5 months ago for extra £5 a month & was told its sold out and unavailable, yet my best friends was delivered and installed yesterday and she only joined Virgin last week.. wifi signal constantly down/weak. Customer service have no answer

    @RahilaG @michaellondonsf @virginmedia Be careful because they switched from providing a monthly service with a notice period to 18 month contracts for which you have to pay the whole length even if you leave early. It's a stitch up. This is predicated on the basis that the 18m works out cheaper.

    @virginmedia Not sure as I turned off after the football. When we renewed our contract we were told we could have a newer style Tivo box for our 2nd box. We have never received one and Amazon Prime doesn't work and Netflix keeps cutting out. Could someone please contact me about this?

    @virginmedia No as the only correspondence I had received was an email on Tuesday which said do not reply. I will now have to order another pack to post it back (first one never arrived) as I had made my plans to work around being at home yesterday for the collection.

    @virginmedia Stated or not, that does not make it fair. The cost of moving house is high enough. It is not like we’ve defected to a competitor, you do not supply the area. You would think loyalty and customer service would come into play at some point but clearly Virgin are all about money.

    @virginmedia Happy to make a complaint but it falls on death ears, we have made two so far, one due to a manager giving completely false information, and the other for the lack of returned calls! All I need to know is how long you are willing to allow us to continue without internet?
