@virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

@virginmedia It seems to happen whenever there’s bad weather. I wouldn’t have thought weather could affect tv / WiFi services, unless it’s just a coincidence.

@virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

@virginmedia we have connected however the speed we have is 4x faster than previous broadband and we never had a problem with the same amount of devices. The only way to connect reliably is through an ethernet cable which is not practical and even if it was I'd have cables running throughout

@virginmedia tried to call 3 times about my bill each time someone says they will call me back and don't WORST COMPANY EVER they have no idea how to use their own systems or how to talk to people they should be struck off!!
