    @virginmedia It's the router signal is not strong and stable enough as have had several engineers here and they have said the same so lots of money for poor service :-(

    @virginmedia 0800 052 1251. Multiple calls a day since I left - and you already blocked my service switch once before and tried to Bill me next month even though my service has already ended today. I'm not happy.

    @LynseyAnneWhite @virginmedia @Ofcom When they cannot even run a consistent broadband and tv service in central London you know they’re an unreliable organisation . Plus you cannot get through to customer service . On hold for hours and when you do get through you get someone rude who cannot communicate

    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    If you’re considering getting broadband / tv in SW5 central London don’t bother with @virginmedia. The service drops out almost daily for many hours and the customer service is non existent @ofcom

    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    @virginmedia Lol, no they won’t. They only answer some of the posts, not their fault. Baffles me this is so hard to fix, you’d think at over 100 quid a month you’d be bending over backwards to help me. So far I’ve been passed on to Gadget rescue, and now you’re passing me on to forum.
