    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    @virginmedia It’s been erratic all day on both connections and your service check says no issues identified. One minute it’s doing 40-60mbps then it’s just plain dead but shows a connection

    @YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

    @virginmedia I don't go to Netflix on my box. If I try to login on the website, it does not recognise my email and I do not have a password. I am stuck. My daughter has Netflix. I do not. She tried to access it on my TV and failed. Then I got an email from VM and have been billed ever since.

    @virginmedia My contract was broken... I was told that there wouldn’t be any price increase for the full term of my contract... and that is why @virginmedia hasn’t billed me for the rest of the contract for terminating it. I should be able to bill virginmedia for breaking it

    @virginmedia So I hear another price hike is due to cover the alleged 1 billion investment in the network. How come we all have to pay for this at 5% now? as if we were to move onto a new package for a speed increase, we would also pay for a higher package ontop. Paying TWICE!

    Just had an awful experience with @virginmedia - increased our broadband/TV/Phone package, then refused a lower packaged they offered us earlier today as a staff member told us mis-information. They do nothing to actually help your situation, they just want to increase your bill

    @virginmedia We hav 2 new v6 boxes, 1 hasn't worked since we renewed our contract in Nov. Weve not had access 1/2 of our services, the virgin media app that disconnects WiFi has caused devices not to be able to ever be able to reconnected. We continuously get cut off from customer services.
