@virginmedia No, the status says “ No know Issues”. There was a fault yesterday which was apparently fixed but It hasn’t fixed anything here & I’ve run of if things to try.

@virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?
