You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

I'm in North London, not in the wilderness. Its shocking that there's no Internet in the city. Maybe there service is getting worse.

I've been without Internet for 23 hours and counting now and still can't get hold of anyone to help. I can't do my job and they appear to have issues all over the UK.
