@virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

@virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

@virginmedia It was yesterday and I was hung up on 3 time yesterday by your staff, I reported problem on Tuesday and no one is bothering to call back when they say they will, twice now. I've requested 5 times that the order Is cancelled and get blocked everytime by your staff. I'm Furious

@virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

@LichVtuber @virginmedia From my few times experience similar issues they way I fixed them is checking all of the connections along the line from the router there will be some in both the outside and inside boxes. 2nd remove and adapters on the cable going into the router. 3rd use WD-40 on outside box

@LichVtuber @virginmedia This happened to me and it turned out the wire from the pole into the house had deteriorated. They replaced the wire and it fixed our issue. The repair itself was little involved but not too bad

@GretaMegroff @virginmedia Can identify, we have landline, 3 TiVo boxes, mobiles wifi wiv them, it’s not been working 4 last month, called them and they said there was definitely a problem and they promised to look into it and ring back 3 days later, they haven’t bothered , so going to leave
