    @HavocTechie @virginmedia Thanks. Router has been rebooted and factory reset. I installed a wired Lan in lockdown 1 to solve poor wifi but unplugging that switch and going straight into the router doesn’t work either. Now no service at all. 😩Again.

    I’ve had awful internet speeds for a couple of weeks from @virginmedia . (<10MB on a 200MB plan) Their call centre has said this is due to an upgrade that will take a week to complete. Which ISP do I move to?

    @virginmedia Well I'd advise that you cancel, give us our number back and money back! This is ridiculous!! Last time I spoke in Jan via Web chat, you said you'd never got a request from Vodaphone about our number! Vodaphone said they have requested though.

    @virginmedia My Dad canceled his contract with you back in October and sent his equipment back as requested. Yet you still charge him! We and vodaphone have asked you 100s of times to give our number back but you lie and say you never got a request! Fraudulent!

    @virginmedia We last requested to the money back on Jan. You lied and said you never got a request from vodaphone. Vodaphone however have asked you loads of times and said you are the worst to work with. They have a lot of trouble getting you to cooperate!

    @Matthew_Wright @virginmedia I also had so many issues with them. And working from hoem could not afford not to have secure internet access guarantted to be avaiable so switched to BT and speed fantastic and no outage once ever sinde

    @virginmedia From 27 Jan onwards I have had problems with the supply and activation of the new TV360 System. I’ve spent hours on the phone but without success. However I did receive 3 separate promises of a call from a manager, most recently on 9 March, but I am still waiting!!!

    I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

    @virginmedia Meanwhile, at latest count, it is roughly 24 hours since your engineer (with no id) broke the internet connection I pay you forwith no warning, was exceptionally rude to me, and buggered off without mending it. I have been tweeting apart from the time I was asleep since then.

    @virginmedia Bottom line is that I will never buy anything from Virgin (flight etc). Years of loyalty cannot and should not be dismissed. You left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

    @virginmedia The worst part of this story is that one of your customer service told us that we could transfer the contract to another tenant and get the disconnection fee waived off. However, when I called again I was told that this service is not longer valid (since beginning of March).

    @virginmedia It out but because I had no details about the 2nd account (that I didn't even know anything about) the CSAs won't speak to me, one made me cry with just how insulting he was & he told me to do my worst but he wasn't going to help me. After much back and forth & still no Internet

    @virginmedia I asked for the whole thing to be cancelled only for the CSA to tell me that I would be charged! Well I was irate by this time & told her it was not going to happen. Then in January I got a bill. So I called in and got a CSA called Ryan. I was livid but he managed to calm me down
