    @virginmedia It's okay I've taken it up with CEDR now and let them resolve it, I'm just highlighting to people how difficult it is to cancel contracts and the fact that VM consistently "loose" letters

    @virginmedia you have now postponed an installation scheduled for 4th November to Christmas Eve! Can’t see that happening. Maybe someone actually based in the UK might bother to contact me about this? Minded to cancel otherwise. Not acceptable service.

    Be careful if you ever want to cancel a @virginmedia account, I wrote to them, twice as per their T&C because you can never get through on chat or phone, they deny receipt of letters because you cant send recorded delivery so they just keep sending bills and chasing payments

    @virginmedia Yes I have chased and chased and spent 4 hours today on WhatsApp, no advise just can't help because I have outstanding bill....no the line isn't active because it was ported over to Community Fibre on 8th July

    @virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia can have no rival to the worst customer service out there! Said resolved an issue after held for over an hour only to find it’s not and I now can’t get back in touch. 2nd day work ruined

    @virginmedia Of course. I’ve done everything required of me: I was told it’s caused by my home move and the disconnection due on 12th. Things seem to have been prematurely actioned affecting my signal

    @virginmedia Obviously i don't have proof because your site doesn't say send recorded so why would i, my number was ported in July and I wrote same time, I have no reason to not send letter and you can see from any data usage that I stopped using your service

    @virginmedia Earlier when I checked it said there was issues, however every time I try now it says sorry we can’t test your connection right now. Our neighbours are also having the same issues, if just like an update or time frame for the fix. Postcode is ME43JQ

    @virginmedia this is acceptable service 2 u: yesterday it took 90 minutes to sort new contract. 2day received emails saying you’re skanking me for a month at full wack (Double what I’m paying), & email saying price going up £7 per month also! Wait on online chat now at 2hrs!!
