    @virginmedia I have had internet issues since September last year I have called up too many times to count and once again internet is out in SW19 and now you want to rise your prices. Please can I get a solution and not one that means a technician cancels last min today!!

    @virginmedia No package has come today for my hub replacement. No text by who bringing it today as promised by VM . I am waiting still going in to the 10th day of no service from VM. Any update ?

    @virginmedia Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month on & off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I pay.

    @virginmedia once again I have no Virgin media services at my home. I can’t even log in to my Virgin media app or access the Virgin media website by using my phone data. I have no way of checking the service status. TW15 area

    Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

    @willywillett @virginmedia Had a similar issue with an engineer, they booked an appointment for 4-7pm on a Saturday and it turned out they engineers stop at 5. So the engineer wasn’t able to get to me. They came a few days later and said they would never come after 5 on a Saturday

    @virginmedia internet has been down since yesterday, all cables checked, can't watch the telly because a message keeps coming on to the screen, red light on the TV box and the hub has a slow fading white light. And the app is useless.

    @virginmedia The internet and tv service has been down since 1330 today in SA1. No info given by you all day. Work meetings cancelled today, no tele to watch tonight. Zero communication on a timescale for a fix. Simply not good enough
