@virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

@virginmedia terrible terrible service. Internet cuts out every day at least 10 times a day, keep telling us it’s “due to the amount of devices” yet that has never been a problem before. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGIN

@virginmedia I spent over an hour on hold today trying to speak with someone about cancelling. I ended up having to put the phone down. How an earth can I cancel my contract if the only way to do it is by calling and you don’t answer the phone?!

Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

Anybody else have problems contacting Virgin Media about broadband issues, waited on phone for an hour yesterday then said other person has hung up? Is it because I have been a customer to long and should charge my whole TV and broadband package.

If you’re with @virginmedia cancel!! They upsold us without fixing the issue with our internet, now we are stuck with internet much worse then before.

@virginmedia Number port was started lunchtime on 5th April but had heard nothing by Friday evening and because I had previous issues with O2 I cancelled the SIM. Contact O2 to cancel port but they said contact virgin. Contacted virgin but they said contact O2.

Again its a new season of broadband service failing in Kensington, London area. Called the phone number and no human until second call and a text with a broken link. Rubbish wifi signal and awaiting updates. No compensation for not being able to wfh. Sort it out @virginmedia !

@virginmedia Hi have again been told to reboot the hub yet again and done a factory reset. Trying everything, the app changes between saying intermittent issues and reboot hub. Any chance of a web chat to look into this more? The automated line just says ongoing issues. Thanks for your time
