@virginmedia Lots of times but a long time ago, your support can't fix it all they care about is you are getting a good speed and I am, but obviously it's not good for gaming, the hub 2 was better but you moved on to the hub 3, not good.

@virginmedia Same problems again! Router keeps going off. 3 times in an hour. I am paying for a service that I can't rely on. If you do not send a new router, We are leaving. Contract up or not!

@virginmedia Tried everything asked everything, I have had VM for 10 years it's not been brilliant you seem to provide equipment that is not tried and tested, that hub 3 router has to be the worst ever you can't even open all the recomended ports on it, look at the hub 3 forums.

@virginmedia 220down 10up on pc but on xb1 it is 270down but the lag is the problem on Xb1 it is all over the place.

@virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

So @virginmedia called to offer me 100mb line upgrade, new digibox, 2 new remotes and their latest digital TV services. Great, when does this happen as I've has outstanding issues with only 25% broadband speeds and deteriorating wifi signal.

@virginmedia Was told by latest call center that a complaint would be raised to investigate but it would take up to 7 days to contact me. I asked a manager to call which I was told they would within 20 mins. (30 odd mins + later and counting).
