    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    @virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

    @virginhelp @virginmedia So who’s going to fix this? they came to set up stuff for installation to the upstairs flat. I am so 🤬right now you have no idea. I have grading to do and I need my damn internet. I’m really not impressed

    @virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia I’ve been online using my EE data as your phone lines are so busy you are not answering. Online went through the checks to be told there is a problem with your broadband [I know this your engineers caused the problems and then left!] your online offered me Wednesday to fix this!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Your engineers came to install on another property and managed to disconnect me I’m in NW area they knew they did this I told them at the time they said they would fix it and they just left without restoring or knocking to say when they would be back.

    Anybody else have problems contacting Virgin Media about broadband issues, waited on phone for an hour yesterday then said other person has hung up? Is it because I have been a customer to long and should charge my whole TV and broadband package.

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on hold today trying to speak with someone about cancelling. I ended up having to put the phone down. How an earth can I cancel my contract if the only way to do it is by calling and you don’t answer the phone?!

    If you live in Sheffield, stay away from @virginmedia broadband. Service down for over 24 hours. The customer service team tell you different things. Not received an email or text about a technician coming. They can pay for me to cancel. Cuz I’m done. Useless.

    @virginmedia The service status checker says to check if there are any problems "in your area" and the problem is supposedly with a junction box affecting everyone in my area so surely it should say there is a problem in my area. They said 9am on the 8th October for when it will be resolved.

    @virginmedia But you are aware of an issue affecting a whole area and have engineers working on the issue with an eta on when it should be finished surely that should be classed as an area issue. Saying there is no faults is misleading and sounds like a way to get out of paying compensation
