    @virginmedia 1.This problem has been going on for 5 weeks now. Intermittent signal. Not enough upload speed to run zoom sessions so losing money and clients. Can’t stream TV shows. Called on Thursday and was told there was no problem. Then when I persisted was told there is a problem.

    @virginmedia No, please arrange. I’m not spending another minute on the phone to your customer services. On average it’s taken me about 23 minutes to get through each day. Your ill-competence has cost me a fortune. I’ll have to explain to my manager on Monday how virgin have let me down again

    @virginmedia Had a service outage in the local area today, Service Checker says it's back to normal, but haven't been able to connect to the internet all day! Unplugged and rebooted the router about 10 times today and my connection has not come back 😔

    @campbellscott @virginmedia Thanks folks - not quite sure what was wrong - think it was an issue with provisioning on the backend - got a text yesterday to reboot and whatever they changed it worked after that, technician booked to connect second drop for other room. Thanks for getting us there in the end.
