    Stuck indoors cause of sister girl Rona.. The WiFi and tv have stopped working!! #virginmedia fix up, this is not the first time this has happened this week.. We are working from home and my brothers have school work to do! Useless.

    With all the no’s I don’t think you need a website check to tell you there’s a problem. It’s the whole of the uk. Since lockdown started I new Virgin Media would let us down I’ve been grateful they lasted this long....

    Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

    @virginmedia #virginbroadband like so many other customers I have had a week of constant disconnections & router restarts but still have no connection. #virginmedia web help is even down so I can only connect via my mobile phone making my range of parish & school work difficult!

    @virginmedia Why do I have to wait over 1 hour for customer service to answer my call about my internet connection to be told that their system is down & they can’t help me & told me to call back tmrw another 1 hour on hold waiting come on sort it out! 😤😡#AnswerTheCall

    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    @virginmedia It doesn't. It just tells me "We're looking into it" and to come back in 24 hours, and if the problem is still there, then "we'll help book an engineer"... 3 days running and still no help getting an engineer and still got slow speeds.

    @virginmedia says everything is fine when it definitely isn’t! Constantly lagging when trying to play fifa & before you say I’ve re set the router & everything! Use to run amazingly on Wi-Fi before you done something in the area & send the letter out saying stick a phone line in become awful

    @virginmedia Somebody called round my house saying that I had made an enquiry when all I did was put my house number in and postcode on the website to check prices. I never engage with people selling door to door. Very disappointed this happened.

    @virginmedia my grandparents are having issues with their landline within fk area but yet when checking status it is saying there is no issue this has been down since last night. They need their landline for MEC use.
