    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK It's so slow. I used to get 20Mbps which I was OK with. I've changed to 3g , different provider with no success. Using Gigabit Cube. Also I expect contention ratio during the weekends, however it's raining and no one is here... 0.7Mbps right now..

    @VodafoneUK your online platform is a bad UX, e.g when i try to make online payments it always says "We're working to fix this", its been saying this for over a year. I also wanted to update my card info, that doesn't look possible either. #TogetherWeCan hire better developers!!!
