    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Price recently increased by 16+%, BB speed down by 18% and below guaranteed minimum. Had engineers look at things but they manage to wriggle out of it. Empty promises by BT of fibre to the house and that was the main driver for staying with you.

    @bt_uk Broadband down in our villages MK43 area - Carlton Harrold etc in BEDS You told us yesterday the problem would be resolved by 4pm. Still down. Buts what's worse is the total lack of information. Why can't you tell us what's going on?

    @bt_uk Thanks for that - good to know, but we feel were being ignored here! So if you're blaming Openreach, why can't you preasure them for better I do? Makes BT look bad. There are thousands of local people affected by this. I accept problems occur. Why can't you tell us about them?

    @bt_uk any idea why your wifi is not working for the 500th time this month. They said on the phone if the wifi goes down again we can leave you free of charge and this is the 3rd complaint since saying that lie.

    @bt_uk Does BT own open reach? If so, you guys need to get your acts together. It's appalling service. @BTGroup the green cabinets in Urmston have wires sticking out of them and they're always busy with engineers trying to patch up defunct out of date systems
