    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @bt_uk Seems to be back up to normal speeds now so was probably just an overnight outage, although the completion date on that fault has now changed by a day.

    @bt_uk Excellent customer service today. Within 30 mins of text message sent, received a call from an advisor who was very helpful. Hoping broadband will be fixed by next week.

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk As a customer would BT openreach ring to say there is a problem with a cut in the network to why our internet could be slow.. They wanted me to use a mobile/tablet/computer etc.. I’m smelling a scam so said I had no mobile not tablet etc and to ring back so I could check..

    @bt_uk LONGER? This has been ongoing since 3rd December. 😡 I have not had a working landline for FIVE WEEKS which will be six by the time BT deigns to provide the service they're supposed to. Seriously considering scrapping it all and going back to @SkyUK. 😡😡😡

    Now it might seem like a minor inconvenience the broadband being down for 7 hours in #Shrewsbury but queues are building up in supermarkets as a result of slow tech and cash is being requested. Now I'm guessing that is not ideal in the current pandemic scenario @bt_uk
