  @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

  My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)

  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup
