-
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England@bt_uk It’s just so poor. You’ve consistently made me upgrade, charged more money and it’s only made things worse.
-
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England@bt_uk Why would we want bad internet speed spread across a wider area. The reason we have it is to get internet across a wider area at good speeds
-
victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .
-
JIGGYJAMMER (@JIGGYJAMMER) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England@daviddegea never looked bothered about missing at all!! Defo leaving #utd @btsport #EuropaLeagueFinal
-
⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)
-
Jeremy Trevathan (@JezzaTrev) reported from Hammersmith, EnglandWhy is my broadband not working in West London @bt_uk?
-
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England@bt_uk we’ve just had the second engineer round to try and sort out our internet and it’s still not working. Every time I call no one has a solution. How do I get this fixed!?
-
Sukh Thind (@SUKHTHIND) reported from Hounslow, England@bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!
-
Sukh Thind (@SUKHTHIND) reported from Hounslow, EnglandDisappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor
-
Niamh Wimperis (@WimperisDesigns) reported from Hammersmith, England@bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.
-
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England@bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation
-
victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England@bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?
-
Niamh Wimperis (@WimperisDesigns) reported from Hammersmith, England@bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??
-
⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

-
LOZLO (@baeonice) reported@bt_uk Hello. Internet still extremely slow but they are saying there is a fault on the line outside & that an engineer will check it this week. Thing is they came out in February too & said the copper line is very very long & impossible for him to find exactly where it could be.
-
Mike McKenna (@MikeMcKenna_) reportedHi @bt_uk. Your website is a shambles. Logged in at your home page to pay for a monthly sport sub, only to be bounced to registration (I am clearly registered or I wouldn't be able to log in) and then the "pay now" button in the step 4 screen is broken.
-
Emma Jones (@Jonesec1976) reported@bt_uk Shame that BT prioritises vacuous messages rather than addressing appalling customer service and addressing the fact that we have had no working landline since mid Feb and are still paying for it. Promises at every step of the way and total failure to deliver every time.
-
Janine Ferguson (@pigeonpants71) reported@bt_uk @btgroup @OpenreachHelp once again badly let down with a new installation, no comms from BT & now I have no broadband. I even have to call again tomorrow to arrange for a temp copper connection which will take a minimum of 5 days. Meantime I cannot work! Unacceptable BT
-
Emma Jones (@Jonesec1976) reported@bt_uk If only this were true but sending direct messages doesn't seem to address any of the problems that we encounter nor do any BT customer service agents seem to care about resolving our issues.
-
Rachel stevenson (@onlymy_opinion1) reported@bt_uk I genuinely have never experienced worse customer service. 2 cancelled orders and have been left with no landlines or broadband in a rural area. @bt_uk you are compromising our safety, as we have no emergency dial out and have to take leave from work, as I can't work.
-
jonny cook (@jonnycook08) reported@bt_uk Hi I will get the account details for you when I I back home but the issue is still happening and getting worse.

-
Anne Greensmith 💙 (@snowleopardess) reported@bt_uk Hello. I am getting an increasing number of emails in the last few days which are getting through the spam filter, which is normally very efficient. Last time this happened there was an issue your end?
