    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @bt_uk No, I haven't done that. 1st Ive heard of it. I've had several chats with the ironically named 'customer service' team and no-one's mentioned that. She has had two engineers in. First one set up the hub and told her she'd have to 'put it in herself' (she's 92).

    @bt_uk (BT) have got the worst customer service in the world…bar none (and it’s a very low bar…)! An hour wasted on “chat” with some foreign call centre where they have zero knowledge of UK tv / broadband set up. Waste of space. Hang your head in shame @bt_uk 😡

    @irwinmitchell hello I wondered if you'd be able to help @bt_uk trying to charge me £860+ cancellation charge for broadband which has been faulty since install and not advertised speeds.also missold a tv package by salesman after my husbands death.

    @bt_uk Your chat service is a waste of time - I spent an hour explaining again and again that we have a digital aerial as well as the BT box & that the aerial doesn’t have a subscription or provider…it’s just an aerial with a tv liscence like all others in the UK!

    @bt_uk 12 days now with no broadband, phone or mobile signal, still being fobbed off, miserable Xmas with not being able to contact anyone and kids not being able to talk to their friends and lost so many days work as i can’t work from home, happy wednesday 😫

    @YouViewSupport @bt_uk There is always a delay from pressing a button to something happening. I’ve tried replacement remotes, replacement boxes, cleaning and stuff. It’s been like it for years but more noticeable when visitors point out how slow it is compared to others. 🙏
