  @bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

  @bt_uk when is the call centre open?? I've been trying to contact since 8am as per your scheduled hours. Having continued problems with my broadband since it was supposedly activated on the 18th!
