@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk Oh: hello Eileen. Yes, when rain starts the internet goes down within 60 secs but then comes on again after 5 minutes or so, even if rain continues; it's just the starting of rain that has the effect ! Whenever doing important on-line transactions we often check the sky first !

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Originally, your engineers were meant to fix the issue from Tuesday and it is now Saturday with no fix in place. An Openreach engineer was committed to fixing my issue yesterday according to Openreach and here we are, still no fix in place and with no committed date of a fix!
