Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk I pay £15 per month EXTRA for HD channels. I’m trying to watch @LFC game and your HD channel will not load at all. Resorted to SD channel and the sound keeps cutting in and out. Dreadful, dreadful service.

@bt_uk you are awful. 2 hrs on the phone and then you disconnected!!! We were supposed to have service connected yesterday. Our house move order was cancelled bcs your advisor said we we will have fibre when there is none in the new property.

@paulstpancras @AnyVan @bt_uk When I phoned to do ask for it guy said you are in luck you have fibre optic in your new property. He ordered transfer, we got texts emails saying it will go ahead. Today no service. Turns out bcs we only have copper they cancelled the order altogether saying nothing to us.
