@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

So here's our tale about our phone issues Around April/May 2020 our phones start to ring manically, sometimes continuously, any time day or night. Often line is v crackly or dead when this happens. We call up @bt_uk who send out @OpenreachHelp We notice there is a pattern . .
