Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk I'm getting to the point of going to another provider, this is our second hub and the internet is going up and down up and down, we've had it looked at and nothings wrong. We left sky because of this problem for bt because it's supposed to be the best.....yeh really.

@bt_uk Pretty much no one in the village has any internet or phone lines! We aware of the issue due to the Facebook page but nothing from you guys! It’s disappointing that we have to hear about it third hand!
