BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... ๐

I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.
