  • memyself_n_boo Ria Hall (@memyself_n_boo) reported from Enfield Lock, England

Absolutely disgusting treatment from @BTCare engineer lied, 2 apts missed. Now received an email saying I will be charged from 22/1 when we have no internet or phone until 29th on hold over an hour for the phone to be just put down. Reconsidering my choice to become #BT customer

  • bhutch41 Brian Hutchinson (@bhutch41) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

  • rajeevdatta Rajeev Datta (@rajeevdatta) reported from Brentford, England

Can’t make the game this evening so just rang @btsport to upgrade. £28.00 per month plus £35.00 connection fee. **** that - Twitter it is then tonight!

  • bill_banksy Bill Banks (@bill_banksy) reported from Bromley, England

@btsport this is why you will never be as good as @SkySports when you continue to use biased commentators in your matches. #Keown and #Mcmanaman are appalling.

  • jackbremer UPGRADIAN Jack 🔶 (@jackbremer) reported from Wandsworth, England

@bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

  • ManUtd_BITW Ray Rajani (@ManUtd_BITW) reported from City of London, England

@truesricosta @Ossyref @StephMcMahon @WWEUniverse @btsport @btsportwwe @WWE @WWENetwork Sorry i misread this all - i thought the question said live on tv (misread the wwe network bit) and I agree with the last tweet. If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk I’d like to cancel BT sport but the web or app won’t allow it saying you much call.

  • harberlisalfc lisah1974 (@harberlisalfc) reported from Hackney, England

@bt_uk nobody has come back about my complaint that I submitted - guess another one is heading your way

  • martinTayx Martín Pane 🐦 (@martinTayx) reported from Camden Town, England

@Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

  • CFCJae_ J (@CFCJae_) reported from Bromley, England

Was getting charged extra for 3 months and now they’ve changed my login and I can’t get onto it until you email me @btsport

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # FREE AT LAST # (@Morris2906) reported from Chigwell, England

Therein lies the clue. If he was from BT then he'd know whether you have internet. If you get such a call give no information and just hang up. @bt_uk @metpoliceuk

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

  • MPRidsdale Matt Ridsdale (@MPRidsdale) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

  • 28Zizou Sab (@28Zizou) reported from Merton, England

@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

20 minutes in a queue for @bt_uk but as the clock strikes 9 they cut you off. Quality customer service........

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  • Johnny_Murnane_ Johnny Murnane (@Johnny_Murnane_) reported from Islington, England

@bt_uk Working now thanks. App on phone, first time customer.

  • TDMaurice Tom Maurice (@TDMaurice) reported from Wandsworth, England

Agree with everything said on #FACupTonight about @WestHam on @btsport The club is a mess from the top down. No plan. No hope #boardout

  • Nitin_s1 Nitin Suriacant (@Nitin_s1) reported from Brentford, England

    @GohilAnish @SkySportsPL @premierleague @SkyFootball @btsport @btsportfootball @PrimeVideo I know wtf 😒😒😒 no wonder people illegally stream it

  • dadzoola dadzoola (@dadzoola) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

Another week on and @bt_uk still haven’t even installed our telephone line never mind sorted our WiFi out, yet they’ve taken payment out of our account, that seems fair🤷🏼

  • ToneSweetman Tony Tweetman (@ToneSweetman) reported

@btsport the commentators tonight are some of the worst I've ever heard. Zero understanding of football, nor the situation.

  • Coca1nePapi (2.0) (@Coca1nePapi) reported

I dunno why but I feel more confident when our games are on Sky BTSport just gives me bad vibes

  • willjfrancis Will (@willjfrancis) reported

@bt_uk We're having fibre installed on our road. Unfortunately this morning I found your workmen had (accidentally) sprayed hot bitumen over the paintwork of my new car. This is going to be a pain to sort out, and may well damage the paintwork. Who should I speak to?

  • chester50696087 chesterton (@chester50696087) reported

@bt_uk New connection. Commitment date was Nov 2020. Order being replanned, after two planned routes were not completed by OpenReach. They will not speak to me about the order. Please can BT help me?

  • iankav89 Ian Kavanagh (@iankav89) reported

The fact bailly and Axel can't make 5 yard passes and keep getting dragged out if defensive line, is the reason they don't play. Very poor from both first half.. just play it simple when you haven't played in long time. Forcing it all the time #ManchesterUnited #btsport

  • monsterpete66 Peter Smith (@monsterpete66) reported

    A bit embarrassing when it's clear the other pundits think you're talking **** @RobbieSavage8 @btsportfootball #btsport #rio

  • JohnDenby4 John Denby (@JohnDenby4) reported

@bt_uk since broadband upgrade last Sept no dropouts, fast speeds all OK. Then got messages about changes to the phone service and arrival of Hybrid Connect and things have gone wrong. Constant dropouts, erratic speeds. The Hybrid engineer knew nothing of phone changes. Help.

  • Robert_Massie Robert Massie (@Robert_Massie) reported

@MarcAllera @bt_uk Shall I issue #legal proceedings @EEComplaints for not refunding ? How many calls, emails do you need ‘your query has been passed to a team who specialise in locating missing payments. I have sent a form to them and their timescale to get back to you is 48 hours...’

  • MarkHoldstock Mark Holdstock #Stoptheracistbrexiteers 🇪🇺 (@MarkHoldstock) reported

@bt_uk The way to get really fast broadband is to move to Lancashire and get B4RN to deliver Fibre to the Home. 1gb/s up & down for £30 per month and £1500 deposit.
