    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    Been in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. Apparently we have a LOS this time. More days away from work to wait on engineers #BT #internet #poorservice

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

    @bt_uk 32 phone calls later still not got my bttv package correct. They have big issues with the booking system. I would not bother!

    @bt_uk Hi, my Nan's having problems with her landline, it's ringing but it's just a buzzing sound? An advisor did a line test last night but found nothing. Her care line runs off her landline so quite concerned about that 🙈 Thanks!

    After my angry tweets yesterday.. I must say props to @bt_uk sending out engineers this morning, then sourcing a cherry picker to fix the damaged cables that were causing no internet for 24 hours. All fixed a lot sooner than we originally thought 🥳

    Official complaint made to @Ofcom about @bt_uk . Joke of a company. Moved premises, charged me an early termination fee, then doubled our bill, claiming it was a "new package". I only asked to move premises.. didn't leave, and didn't ask to change anything.

    @bt_uk Yet again! Yet again! An engineer came. Failed to solve the problem because of the *exact* reason the last engineer failed. Despite being personally assured that this problem would not scupper the fix this time. This really has gone beyond a joke. Why are you so uselss

    As far as customer service goes you cant beat @bt_uk for amazingly fast response times and unprecedented service. 5 stars
