@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@bt_uk I used to have BT broadband a few years ago and never had any issues. Trying to get BT at my house & we’ve just been lied to constantly about when it’s happening, has it been a conscious decision in the last few years to employ incompetent liars?
