@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

@bt_uk Maybe try to get your pricing in order. Vodafone offers the same for nearly half the cost... Line rental costs are a thing of the past. Even cell phone providers gave up on that one. Your service is next level. Your pricing is stone age... Just saying.

@bt_uk Nobody at fault but BT has gained 2 subscriptions from the same subscriber for the same service. BT's fiducial duty to protect consumers. Obviously an admin error has occurred, Morally no justification to refuse to refund the payments taken incorrectly.
