My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
