    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parentsโ€™ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they havenโ€™t turned up or said anything. shite ๐Ÿ—‘

    I really dislike @bt_uk it has to be one of the worst customer service experiences out there. It takes so long to just get your call answered. The classic case of a company thatโ€™s so big, no one knows what theyโ€™re doing ๐Ÿ˜”

    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, Iโ€™m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... ๐Ÿ™„

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my motherโ€™s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    For a company that prides themselves as Europeโ€™s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what Iโ€™ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasnโ€™t been resolved.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.

    @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

    @bt_uk We've already raised a complaint. But nothing has happened and your billing department hasn't done a thing. Your incompetence is breathtaking. Glad we've moved elsewhere. Just get our bill cancelled or next step Ofcom
