    @bt_uk It isn't connecting to a 4G network. I can connect to the Mini Hub with my PC but it is showing No Signal and I can't access the Internet with it.

    @bt_uk The wi-fi isn't the issue. The BT exchange only line which only supports up to 2mbps is the problem. When are you solving that problem?

    So I’ve been waiting on the line for two hours to try and report my parents fault with @bt_uk. First phone call, the individuals signal was dropping out. Second one (after another 45 minutes, can’t see on his systems if priority been activated.
