@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

Cal talking to BTSport Weekend going well so far, tested here in July though totally different situation. Can't believe the times yesterday. 0.6 off but out of top ten. Feel consistent and fast. Had bad rear tyre on second run yesterday.

We have told @bt_uk that we will be writing to their CEO #PhilipJansen. The response "that's fine, it will be passed on and land on my desk to respond." Several BT officers on a call and only ONE was trying to help find a resolution. Genuinely staggered at the attitude.
