@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

@bt_uk @Ed__Dawes Since early this morning there have been login issues with the BT Mail app, I’m able to access my mail through the website but the app keeps crashing and failing even after reloading on my iPhone.

@bt_uk there’s definitely a problem at the moment with the BT Mail app on iPhones. For the first time it crashes every time I try to open it. When it doesn’t crash it spends several minutes “authenticating” then times out.
