@bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

@bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

@bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

@bt_uk She spoke to someone else and eventually got the add-on taken off, but they then put her through the dept who tried to flog her another 24 month contract. It's impossible to cancel an add-on without being bullied into signing up for a contract, which is appalling.

@bt_uk Last update was around two weeks ago. Nothing since. And regarding the debt collectors I hadn’t realised it had got that far! Only after receiving a letter, text and email from the debt collectors. I will be raising a complaint as this has caused a huge amount of stress!

@bt_uk @DaddyPerry It's about time you did - Other utility companies manage it - all you get from BT is poor excuses, cop-outs and caveats. I'd rather use two yoghurt pots and strong to communicate than use BT services again - you'd get a better experience.

@virginmedia Nope, it doesn't fix my broadband either buddy, but I'm still paying full price today for no service all day. With no back up like @bt_uk who have mobile data back up with @EE . They have thought out outages whereas you guys haven't, I'm losing money buying more mobile data.
