    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @btsport absolutely furious! AGAIN. The app booted me out. P/word reset req’d AGAIN (last done 2 wks ago) missed Leeds game because your crap systems wouldn’t update fast enough. I cannot find a pattern to prepare my account to ensure it works for the games I want to watch ££££
