Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails.
