I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Iโm physically disabled and itโs incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโd never joined BT.
