I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
