Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk There have been so many engineer visits with no positive results. Each one tries something else saying that it will fix the problem. It just pushes the problem into the next few days. Each call can take hours to get through. Meanwhile work, learning, access to tv blocked

@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

@bt_uk When are people getting the fibre cable right to their house, this is what is supposed to be the best solution. From the cabinet to my home is aluminum, its outdated and poor conductivity worse than copper.
