Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

i haven’t had internet for over a week.. received a dead mini hub that they couldnt fix, provider failed to send anyone on the dates they said they’d come, called up today and was told my appt wasn’t even booked 🥴 moral? dash @bt_uk in the bin
