Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk Did anyone check my Mum, who you can see is a heavy landline user, had a mobile before the switch? No... what was she meant to do in an emergency if she didn't have one? Would you have offered her one for free for emergencies? You need to check with people first.

Renewed my internet with @bt_uk but they made two errors while installing it & apparently can't send another engineer until tomorrow.I can't work until it's fixed & their policy is not to compensate lost earnings.I'll literally have to choose between paying bills or mortgage 😭

Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk - Told by the engineer we’ve been misold the ultrafast broadband and can’t install. Need to start everything again can’t say when we will have WiFi again but probably weeks… ….when we work from home. In a pandemic.
