Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. That takes me back. Didn't @bt_uk run an illegal trial of this technology with #Phorm back in 2006-2012? DPI total browsing surveillance without customer consent? I seem to remember being part of a campaign against that (then getting surveilled by the deep state personally).

@bt_uk has to have some of the worst customer service managers going they claim they will call you back but never do. I have to chase up everything to get anything done and Im still nowhere because your managers can't seem to stick to their word? such poor service. @BTOpenreach1
