    Oh the irony @bt_uk .....When you see a friend on another social media platform say they’ve been hanging on the phone for 75 mins to you to try and speak to someone about a recent installation issue.... SEVENTY FIVE minutes.....!! They’re not on Twitter, but they need assistance!

    Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

    @natalie_17 @chrisjfrev @RichJLaverty @SheKicksdotnet @btsport @BarclaysFAWSL Competitions. Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. (Best guess)

    @bt_uk Really sad to see that @DPDgroup_news drivers are not dementia friendly. Quite curt/rude when phoned me to say he couldn't find address(he was next door) Did not allow time for Mum to get her id to receive her new easy to use phone.Just left. #dementia

    @bt_uk I am a loyal customer looking for a deal and your staff don't know or haven't a clue and trying to pull the wool over my eyes, I am off to another provider, fed up with not be treated like a loyal customer after 20 years.

    @Dredz06 @bt_uk Ditch the the smart hub 2 abs any black discs. The discs will never go faster than 200mbps. Spent months getting this confirmed. Your only option, like mine, is to fork out hundreds on a good mesh setup. Don’t waste time dealing with support.

    @iannock Same issues with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp - meant to have been installed 29/10/21 - network fault. Promised a fix in five days… didn’t happen, promised resolution by 21/11 didn’t happen and now told they plan to work on network on 10/12/21 - left with no broadband at all.

    @bt_uk hi there, one of your engineers working near my home has knocked our NOW TV phone number and broadband out (big hole in road with wires spewing everywhere 🙈). He says he can’t fix it without a job number as we’re not BT. Not helpful. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Unless this is an @WeAreOpenreach thing? I don’t know. Either way, I’ve had three techs out, and none have been able to install the service because of access issues. There’s clearly a missing line of communication, and it’s resulted in nothing but headaches for me.

    @bt_uk I just want a resolution. So far your temporary service has allowed me to get by, but the inability for BT to know what is needed to access the pole where their own fibre comes from, after THREE TECHS have been out, is beyond frustrating.

    @bt_uk Please send me the bags to return your WiFi hub and Booster. I’ve called 3x now to ask and still nothing. I will not be paying your fee for non return unless you pull your finger out and send me a returns kit ASAP. Poor CS is the reason we left you, no change I see…

    @Dredz06 @bt_uk Yeah lol I have to sit in my lounge to get full speed. As soon as I connect via their so called mesh disc it drops to 170-200mbps. They admired their sales info was wrong. Fair enough but doesn’t fix the issue. Just can’t decide on what mesh to buy now.
