-

-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @stokeygurl it’s a massive issue they’ve caused know all about - i can’t see bills or sort my wifi out or even renew a contract - so i’m leaving as they have been rude and unhelpful
-
J (@JLingy69) reported@bt_uk do you guys bother solving issues or just ignore customers???
-
Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@bt_uk @stokeygurl I’ve not been able to get into my online account for weeks due to a fault caused when BT upgraded their system a few weeks ago. No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence I’m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!
-
Stockport871 (@stockport871) reported@bt_uk Told “it’s not working, it’s been like this for months and we can’t fix it, loads of people are having this issue”. Talk about customer service 🤯🙈
-
Kenta (@nemurikyosirou) reported@bt_uk If you cannot resolve this here/via DM, issue a "Deadlock Letter" immediately so I can take this case to the Communications Ombudsman.
-
John E (@John210750) reported@GrahamH36921247 @bt_uk Sign in sign out codes verification text message , at the point of ARGH 😡
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
