Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.
