    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    @bt_uk I understand CPI increase but how can CPI be 68.12% in just over three years? I just feel that there all these adverts about how amazing fibre is. I can’t get it in every room at home i call about it and nothing happens but no problems increasing my bill
