@btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@KevinCowan @bt_uk I’ve had this email telling me they’ve updated the email service. It’s clearly playing utter havoc with the system. There was an essential two phase authentication. Emails are disappearing and I can’t search! Mail boxes no longer sync to the iPhone app either. It’s ridiculous.
