@bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

@btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

Hi @bt_uk Connecting your BT YouView box via Ethernet throughout did help prevent some of the freezes we experienced, it has not sorted out all of them. The boxes still freezes sometimes once a day.

@bt_uk 7th March will be exactly one month since you turned off my service. Please just turn it on and cancel the FTTP. I only ordered it in November. So will be 5 months since ordering to installation. Give me what I pay for
