@btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

@virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

@flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

@bt_uk I had much better Internet in the tiny village I lived in compared to the town I'm in now. Poor WiFi despite promises of good WiFi in every room, and it constantly drops out when I'm working from home for no reason!!

@bt_uk Luke I've messaged you. I am beyond frustrated with BT. I left my ISP for its poor download speeds and was promised a world of difference with BT full fibre 900mbs in reality it is sometimes 5mb. This is not just an inconvenience, it is impacting my ability to work. Thanks, Ciara
