    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk She has had I believe two engineers out and it has got to management stage. Daniel Cox is who is dealing (or not dealing) in this case.. she never gets the call backs she is promised and she works from home some days and is losing an extreme amount of wages due to no internet

    .@bt_uk @openreach Ver disappointed in your service. Booked an engineer to fit new wifi yesterday, they never turned up - no explanation. Now we aren’t being offered another engineer appointment until the 27th of Jan. My partner works from home so that’s 16 days of no work? Huh?

    @DreyfusJames @bt_uk Had issues for years with BT unfortunately due to reliance on old copper based cables that really aren’t fit for purpose in internet times. Every time it rained, the connection went. We changed supplier and had fibre-to-the-door cables fitted. No problems since.

    @bt_uk I live in a small block of5flats and we share same access point. The problem started when openreach connected my neighbour2BT broadband. It coincided with me being disconnected from @sky.com It was the same engineer on both occasions (BT connection and unsuccessful reconnection)

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk are my provider. Update is the fix for Monday AM. It’s been down since Wed AM. They have contacted you and that the issue is “awaiting access” to a manhole for fibre node. I’m pretty sure that the fibre node feeding my property is outside my house so access isn’t an issue!
