    Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

    I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

    @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

    Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

    To @bt_uk - I received a ‘Final Warning’ today. How many times do you need to be told that YOU haven’t sent the bag? “Hello, BT here. A final reminder to return your kit to avoid a charge. It's owned by BT and was loaned as part of your service to us.” @BTCare

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

    @skytv and @btsport rinsing UK customers to watch their product whereas the rest of the world can watch their pick of the games regardless at what time they want to on services such as Disney+ where the price is INCLUDED. England is a horrible, greedy country

    @bt_uk Absolutely nothing productive that I can do in that hour due to my BT broadband being down for the 4th day already. Also, whoever came up with that tweet should clearly rethink their social media strategy, this tweet does nothing but invites complaints.

    @bt_uk I'm good thanks. You've laid full fibre cable just outside our front door, but you're not going to upgrade our line and instead are bypassing us. Why would I stick with that? You wint even sort the issue that happens every winter and pass the buck to @OpenreachHelp instead.

    @bt_uk Was with @BT #BT via EE @EE - The merger/buyout has been kept quiet/on the down-low. Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.

    @bt_uk What is going on? I signed up to EE on your insistence, never received a SIM card which you pledged to send out two weeks ago and I can't make WiFi calls. You have no means of doing this discretely like a chat.
