It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

I was able to get through to support on the phone and they resent the missing Next Steps email, so we are all good 👍🏻 Would suggest someone fixes the phone number verification on your website though; some people don’t have U.K. phones at the point they are ordering:)
