  Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

  @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?
