-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.
-
Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
-
Josephine Bakah (@BakahJosephine) reported from London, England@EE pls put a stop to the snake Ad. It's horrible and traumatising.

-
Jane Staiano 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇮🇹 (@JaneStaiano) reported from Camden Town, England@JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.
-
Paula Griffin 🏳️⚧️ 💙💖🤍💖💙 (@Paula_Griffin65) reported from London, England@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM
-
Alan Davey (@Alsyamate) reported from Camden Town, England@EE The building I work in high up it's ok but outside o street level terrible service calls and SMS
-
🍋 (@mouseldn) reported from London, England@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.
-
David 🛸 (@DavidEscobarLDN) reported from Islington, England@EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.
-
Rob Cockerton (@bertie_cee) reported from London, England@MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot
-
Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?
-
Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England@EE Thanks Andy, maybe you would like to compensate me for the two + years of paying over and above my agreed service plan too...
-
Jimmy Ellison (@JimmyEllison15) reported from London, England@EE I'm receiving an error 38 message whilst trying to send a text, is there a problem on the network?

-
🎄🎅 AzzyKevmas 🎅🎄 (@AzzyChill) reported from London, England.@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN
-
Josephine Bakah (@BakahJosephine) reported from London, England@ASA_UK pls stop the @EE ad with the snake. It's horrible and traumatising. Horrible!
-
DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
-
Tony 🎗️ 🇺🇦 🇮🇱#StandWithJews (@TonyByr33080250) reported@EE @TomTugendhat @EE I’m with you - signal is often non-existent when you are out of a town in the North East and Noth Yorkshire - extremely poor service.
-
JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.
-
ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reported@EE The whole website is terrible, terrible ui, terrible ux
-
Al Sam (@apsamuelson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Shall we contact the Disasters Emergency Committee and have them run a fund raiser for you?
-
Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').
-
Timothy (@tpoweeeer) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your shower of shite where in power for *check notes* 14 years, not just phone signal that’s a disgrace. Why are MPs not charged with negligence like CEOs?
-
Matt Jones (@mttjon) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Marylebone hardly has any signal either I got way better signal in the countryside in Indonesia than in parts of major UK cities
-
Sum1st (@Sum1st) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That is so true. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.

Legend (@GxLdeVuskovic) reported@KyleStephen77 @England @EE Do something about it, YOU STUPID ****
