@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

@EE #ee guess what, can’t get through to EE when their network is playing up. Hanging on to a phone call with no answer and furious to be told to go online because their failure to deliver mean I can’t get on line. Wi-Fi calling may be good but you need Wi-Fi

Just to add, the guy I spoke to on the phone at @EE last week told me that it is a more expensive network than Vodafone, who I was thinking of switching to, but that the customer service and coverage is way better. 😬

Since I went onto a sim only contract with @EE I cannot make calls for longer than 5mins. The calls are crackly and often don't connect. It is a worry because right now I really need my phone because of my mum. @EE said isn't their problem.
