  • Lynseym247
Lynsey (@Lynseym247) reported from City of London, England

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

  • ShaneGillespie
Shane Gillespie (@ShaneGillespie) reported from London, England

I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

  • sparkyjm1974
Jason Miller (@sparkyjm1974) reported from City of London, England

@EE you can’t ignore the issue where your apparently not paying land owners in TN29 Kent, it will not go away.

  • squandoh
Samuel Quandoh (@squandoh) reported from City of London, England

@EE I have EE fixed landline in a house I moved out in 28 Sept 2018. I want to terminate the service, can I keep my phone number to use whenever I get a new accommodation.

  • borstalgran
barbara welford (@borstalgran) reported from Camden Town, England

Look out for a very good phishing, ostensibly from @EE, very effective. Even drop down menus work.

  • starmanuk
Jason Starman QBE Woke to the Core 💙 (@starmanuk) reported from London, England

@notJonahVeep @EE I'm sorry to hear that. I've only had exceptional service from them plus their Smart Plan meets a specific need I have that no other company offers.

  • DrunkRes
Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England

@mrcjmartin And according to @ee no. Single sim only which doesn’t help if one wants to run a work Sim and personal sim on the same phone. 🤯

  • FraserHardy_uk
Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England

@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

  • georgiedonn
Georgie (@georgiedonn) reported from Islington, England

@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

  • jonohall1984
Jono (@jonohall1984) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Oh no. It was actually a compliment. No one else on other networks was getting a signal at Wembley but I was.

  • arigork
Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

  • EatOutLots
Lydia Pluckrose (@EatOutLots) reported from Camden, England

Hi @EE My 5G hasn’t been working since Thursday meaning no signal or data…. Not great when trying to navigate with no wifi. How can I reset/ update?

  • AndrewJLeslie
𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂 𝓛𝓮𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓮 (@AndrewJLeslie) reported from City of London, England

@EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

  • Paula_Griffin65
Paula Griffin 🏳️‍⚧️ 💙💖🤍💖💙 (@Paula_Griffin65) reported from London, England

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

  • senorfenty
Dami (@senorfenty) reported from London, England

EE has been moving mad lately . My signal is so disgusting @EE please sort it out

  • DomLee1987
DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

  • CyclingLawLDN
Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@GGbarno @EE Agh tell me about it! Lost count the amount of times I’ve told them I’ve left, send pac code etc. Useless customer service

  • A_L_REID
ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England

@EE This is not a one off issue it is CONSTANT

  • rustykidneys
A girl has no name 🐺⚔ (@rustykidneys) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

  • JaneStaiano
Jane Staiano 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇮🇹 (@JaneStaiano) reported from Camden Town, England

@JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.

  • JimBob1046620
Ray Planet Earth 🇬🇧 (@JimBob1046620) reported

@CallMeMysticall @LeilaniDowding @EE there is that, but they will get IP, should they want Old Phone , yes! Cookies is an issue tbh

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • KMAUK24
    KMA (@KMAUK24) reported

@stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous

  • AP196779
    Aldo (@AP196779) reported

@WeAreOpenreach They have been trying to raise this issue with you for 5 weeks now. I’m just going round in circles. @EE are saying it’s a problem at your end and you’re saying it’s something that @EE has to do

  • MEENAJUTLAS
