    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

    According to the @EE coverage checker I should have 'excellent' signal indoors and out yet I never get more than one bar of signal, so frustrating.

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @EE you have worst costumer service! You decide to deactivate my SIM card without warning, add to borrow a phone to talk with C S . I was told that a SIM card was on the way, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. @CTSI_UK

    @Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

    @EE @btsport Hello. I would like to know when EE broadband is going to perform better again. EVERY day & night, my internet drops and cuts out. It is affecting my work TERRIBLY. I’ve never experienced such bad internet from EE ever. It’s been going on for weeks now. East Anglia.

    @EE @VodafoneUK @TheO2 iPhone12- Blk.I totally understand that but please understand my frustration too as I was advised to cancel my order twice and order it again due to error.I last placed an order on Wednesday and was told for the 6th time it will be delivered by tmorrow and it stil hvnt arrived.

    @EE I don’t want to cancel the order I want to receive the order before Christmas as it’s a Christmas present! Selling stock you can’t guarantee to get its disgraceful! I was assured this would arrive before Christmas!
