    @EE 3 days of no service and cannot even call 150!!! Told to use WhatsApp! Yep! That’s really useful for business!! What an absolute joke! If I can’t earn, you don’t get paid! Simple! I have 3 lines with all contracts coming to an end soon! Bye Felicia! 🤬

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @EE Sorry I got cross with your tech person. Its just not easy for me to cope with tiny things like SIM cards as I have osteoporosis in my hands. Managed to get sim into old phone eventually but still no signal. Don't ask me to do again - there is just no signal.

    So after screwing up my upgrade a couple of months ago, @EE have managed to screw up a rather simple pay as you go handset order and I’m now out of pocket. Never has a company gone down hill so fast.

    @EE so your executive complaints team have been “ dealing “ with my issues for some time now- but not heard a thing since the last promise ( in a very long line) of a final resolution- about a week ago . You cant supply service in my house so I want to leave? What is SO HARD???

    @EE Technical non support. 2 phone calls and STILL refuse to send someone out and blaming it on a mast that seems to only affect our house... not the neighbours, not my mobile if I go and stand outside in the snow. Would not recommend EE to anyone. Fobbing us off daily!!
