    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE I keep getting black Friday offers from you, but the best broadband speed you can currently do for me (in #London) is an embarrassingly slow 16Mb Will you hold the offer until you can do something decent speedwise?

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    I am on my honeymoon in cape Verde. I tried to get my roaming from @EE and I couldn't. I rang EE and because of where i am, I would need to buy a separate deal and only have 500mb of data for £7.50 a day. Roll on when I can cancel this contact. Thank god the hotel has great WiFi.

    @EE Done it all. Thats why going to contact virgin. Im so upset found BT worked all the time merged with EE and internet drops out busy times. Then no help out of hours. Bt always able to contact a person . # rubbish - move on for sanity .

    @EE Tried text just tells you call again office hours and connection fine - so why I get buffering at busy times. Ive text SKY to try them as switched to BT as virgin werent very good- no trouble till switch to EE.

    @EE how can you not help a vulnerable person with children to not have access to their phone. My daughter been on the chat all day to supposed vulnerable team and just keeps getting told “not available on her account” wth a customer of ee for 6 years , I’ve been a customer for 15
