@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@InfiniumIT for clarity on the problem. Having been on-site now for more than 1 week. We barely get 1-2Mbps either up OR down and the amount of personal hotspots of MiFi devices I’m seeing is just increasing. To the point that the local @EE store is selling “caravan WiFi”!

@EE Nope, I went to an EE store today, no one was able to help, I've spoken to your tech team and unlocking team, none of them seem to have a clue as to why its not working or what to do. I am now left without a phone. No one is taking responsibility and Ee won't replace the device
