@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

@pete_ar_fryn @EE @rootmetrics No, getting 25% off my bill for 3 months then if the problem is still occurring I have to phone up again for an extension. The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

@lerrosja @EE If its one of those small rechargeable box types it might be worth trying a reset. If its a home style router id try connecting a pc via ethernet to see if its the wifi part thats not working.

@EE Really poor service from you. I won't be returning. Phoned 4 weeks ago, not once was I told when I switch I would need to request a network code to use my handset with another provider/sim. A handset I've fully paid off over 2 years. 7-10 days with no phone. Cheers fellas 👍🏻
