@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

@EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

Will never go with @EE network again, never any signal and whenever i phone to report it get told the same thing that there working on the mast. This has been the same for the last year, enough is enough when missing extremely important calls. I have been more than patient.

@EE I do appreciate you engaging on this issue but my £25 p/m contract from Sep 2020 is shortly to cost £28.50 p/m, equivalent to a £40 pa increase in a little under 18 months - or around 14%. I can't see how this can be acceptable.

@EE James Gordon 07794 210070. I have EE for mobile and 4G Broadband. My postcode is GL52 9RJ and this is the third time in a week that the signal has gone. This leaves me with no mobile and no broadband and paralyses me from a work point of view. Signal went at 10am today.
