    @EE I have EE fixed landline in a house I moved out in 28 Sept 2018. I want to terminate the service, can I keep my phone number to use whenever I get a new accommodation.

    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    @EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.

    My problems with online access continue. My EE WiFi device is not connecting to the service . I was unable to buy more data for the 4G option despite @EE claim that they keep people connected. I had no service for 2 days ( 4G reloads today)

    @cockney_yid @EE @ThreeUK I’ve been palmed off for years, I use my Wi-Fi at home so I’ve let it side, I’ve just checked it and it’s still ****, less than 2mbps, 100m up the road I can get 5g and 200mbps+

    I've just been missold an upgrade (including EU roaming) from @EE as i was looking to leave. When I then rang up to rectify it they tried to upsell an add-on to fix the problem for £10. I fly tomorrow. This isn't good enough.
