  I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

  I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

  @robbopalmer @EE Was out of contract after 8 years,and I've binned them off after a charade where a fibre order was cancelled 3 times coz Openreach CBA. Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
