@EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

@vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

@EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

That’s me having to go airplane mode on a train to Bristol, as by 2pm my phone has used 15% of its battery searching for @ThreeUK ‘s elusive mobile coverage. A truly unusable service for 40 quid a month. Won’t be renewing that contract. Back to @EE for sure

Why is it I’ve had a new iPhone (13) for a year & yet I have literally NEVER received 5G, esp when I pay an extortionate amount a month for a sim only contract with EE. What an absolute rip off. @EE staff said “I must just never have stood in a 5G area” when I went in for help…

@bt_uk so I been with @EE for years yet had problems from 1st week. Ee sent engineer out 2weeks ago showed me how unstable connection is saying 1 of worse he ever seen ee would have to get bt out. Then he told ee no problems can u fix it and I change from ee to you ????
