EE Issues Reports Near Lee, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Lee and nearby locations:

  • HarunTulunay aaron. (@HarunTulunay) reported from Poplar, England

@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

  • Lynseym247 Lynsey (@Lynseym247) reported from City of London, England

@EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

  • aktyrrell Andy Tyrrell (@aktyrrell) reported from Walthamstow, England

@harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

  • FraserHardy_uk Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England

@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

  • sureshhalai Suresh halai (@sureshhalai) reported from Ilford, England

@EE can you tell me, why my signal is really, really bad in the IG2 6px area, all my friends think am talking underwater, and this is from a iPhone X, not good bring back one2one, had no problems then 😢😢👎🏾

  • thevikramgudi Vikram Gudi (@thevikramgudi) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE absolutely leaving EE - buy an expensive router and internet so bad I can’t stream TV. Can’t even make calls. Worst network ever #eeawful #badwifi #4gee

  • jonohall1984 Jono (@jonohall1984) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Oh no. It was actually a compliment. No one else on other networks was getting a signal at Wembley but I was.

  • JoshuaGarfield Joshua Garfield (@JoshuaGarfield) reported from Stratford, England

@natehiggins This is why I left. I remember now. 8 years of loyalty down the drain cos their network just didn’t work where I most needed it 😭 @EE is thrice the price 😡

  • Purplecharlie32 Charlie :) (@Purplecharlie32) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@EE Apparently it’ll all be fixed in six hours but that doesn’t help me now when I need to make phone calls.

  • tpotter2890 Timothy Potter (@tpotter2890) reported from Kensington, England

Another awful day of disrupted broadband service from @EE in central London. I suspect the excuse today will be the weather.

  • kentlois5 Lois (@kentlois5) reported from Swanley, England

    @EE excellent 👌 customer service

  • ashleyhaase0 AH (@ashleyhaase0) reported from Croydon, England

@EE how can both your service and customer service be trash. £93 a month for this non sense. Better off using giff gaff.

  • VikkiLisa Vikki Lisa xo (@VikkiLisa) reported from South Ockendon, England

@EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills

  • ashleyhaase0 AH (@ashleyhaase0) reported from City of London, England

@EE Im not sure if you could be of any assistance Suzie. I’ve already spoken to 3 of your colleagues yesterday who found it impossible to help me.

  • benwood Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Paddington, England

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

  • Lynseym247 Lynsey (@Lynseym247) reported from City of London, England

@AndrewWebbLFC @EE That’s exactly what I was thinking! Glad it’s not just me, the signal has been poor for weeks

  • A_L_REID ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England

@EE This is not a one off issue it is CONSTANT

  • Lynseym247 Lynsey (@Lynseym247) reported from City of London, England

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

  • dmoonuk Daniel Moon (@dmoonuk) reported from Camden Town, England

@VodafoneUK your internet around kings x station in #London is shockingly slow. To the point had to result in using my @EE work phone.

  • lisa661974 lisa lou (@lisa661974) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE not impressed with your signal coverage of late. Never have had a problem until these past few months. 😕

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bouldie James Bould (@bouldie) reported

@EE Oh well, it looks like you will be losing a customer and £50 a month as I'm within my 14 day grace period. Increasing the monthly charge less than 2 weeks into a new contract is not what I'd call upfront or reasonable!

  • MrJayBreezy A. Karl-Heinz 🇨🇲 (@MrJayBreezy) reported

@EE really are just gonna increase my plan by an extra £10 in a month, **** this network man.

  • stentalicious Will Barrows (@stentalicious) reported

Would have a lot more respect for all the phone companies, including my own @EE if their communications said "we're increasing your price!" rather than "your prices are changing". They're never going to go down are they, so let's not pretend otherwise.

  • CodeAmidCoffee 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 (Sign name: Puppet) 🇺🇦💙💛 (@CodeAmidCoffee) reported

@EE That didn't quite answer my query. Some on network infrastructure but most to your CEO's bonus and the shareholders?

  • timdixon82 Tim Dixon (@timdixon82) reported

@bouldie @EE Atleast you can cancel. I am a few months in across mine and my wife’s phones and they want thousands to terminate early. Following complaints procedure with EE.

  • Darren1878nsno Darren (@Darren1878nsno) reported

@Beths1878 @EE Knobheads mate. I took the contract out 2 months ago. Sorry but the cost of providing the service hasn't gone up 55 quid a year In 2 months

  • jamieives77 Jamie #FBPE 🇪🇺 (@jamieives77) reported

@EE Spoke to a nice guy in an EE store who tried his best but could help me adjust my tariff to have more data (say 10gb) without it having a detrimental affect on my line rental, which right now is awesome at £7.

  • John_2799 John Downes (@John_2799) reported

Am I reading this right? My contract is going up by over £13 a month, I know it goes up year to year due to "inflation", interesting how in all this years its never gone down. But £13 a month extra is a joke. I'm sure it's normally been £2-3 a month when it goes up. @EE

  • aKahnR Ali Kahn (@aKahnR) reported

Does @EE know there is zero signal on their network in Manchester Airport Terminal 2 arrivals? As soon as you enter the signal is gone. Never do I see “No Service” on my phone except here. Good luck getting in touch with your loved ones or arranging transportation.

  • moonpunk moonpunk (@moonpunk) reported

@jennifer_ivy @EE So… you were happy to sign the contract last time (presumably) when they were making very similar profits? And this time the increase is in line with inflation - so not particularly profiteering, more aligning with genuine increased costs. What’s the issue?
