    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @dpd_uk total shambles. My @EE du wry failed because the driver ‘missed’ me as if I was t home. I’m standing in my doorway, no DPD van came down my drive. Always happens. I don’t know what companies like EE use DPD. Says it will be delivered tomorrow. If not I’ll cancel my order

    @EE Well Jess Thanks for responding took EE sim out replaced BT sim for now to restore service, told wait until Monday should be seamless with change to EE but same number as promised 🙏🙏🙏 but agent on phone sadly uninformed and had to ask for support every minute 😭

    @EE Hi EE, my EE app just gives the green loading screen, it gets no further. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading, same error. iOS 16.4 is recently installed. The website login was working, I managed to gift data to 2 accounts but now it’s saying we will have it fixed soon

    Does anyone know how to make a formal complaint 2 ee? They matched my new sim deal from £20 to £8. I had no contract. I signed a new contract, they didn't tell me, 4 £28 a month. So now I'm paying nearmy 4 times as much. Ee refuse to register a complaint @EE
