@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

If Kevin Bacon had my @EE #5G service his bloody barber would have more headless customers than Sweeney Todd… Actually had to reset it to 3G to get a semblance of a decent reception 😡

Hey @EE There's no way to report Broadband outage using your webform without a valid EE mobile number? The point is, I only took out the BB service! Note, my primary complaint is with the BB outage, not the webform.
