@EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • amawson Andrew Mawson (@amawson) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

  • sxcmitha Salima Chitalya Mitha (@sxcmitha) reported from Islington, England

@EE Hi David, thanks for your lovely msg. Sadly, after 20 yrs I think it’s time for me to leave @EE. Apart from the EE’s Social Media team I’ve only ever had really bad customer service. It shouldn’t be like this; EE is too big to care. Thanks for trying.

  • Alsyamate Alan Davey (@Alsyamate) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE The building I work in high up it's ok but outside o street level terrible service calls and SMS

  • TrevBenton79 Trevor Benton (@TrevBenton79) reported from City of London, England

@EE I’ve had some messages online today with your team but there doesn’t seem to be any commitment or emphasis to try and keep me as your customer considering I’ve been with you for over 10 years #EE #eecustomerservice

  • PhilHutchins91 Phil Hutchins (@PhilHutchins91) reported from Bromley, England

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

  • VinceEm78 Stephen Vince (@VinceEm78) reported

@EE I can’t ring you on 150. Is there a problem with the line? Thanks.

  • neil_macd_v3 Neil Macdougall (@neil_macd_v3) reported

@EE just got full fibre max connected - EE home app Wi-Fi signal can’t find a Wi-Fi connection despite my phone being connected to Wi-Fi & download speed is less than half what I’m meant to get - not an ideal start.

  • KGB_GB Kevin Bell (@KGB_GB) reported

@EE I can see why your prices would increase by CPI but why have you emailed me to say there will be a further 3.9% increase without any explanation? I've been a customer of yours in your various guises for most of the last 25, so as a minimum I deserve an explanation.

  • __Ahura_Mazda__ Ahura Mazda (@__Ahura_Mazda__) reported

.@TfL Hi TFL when are you fixing the @EE WiFi at Stockwell station?! It works at every station except Stockwell. It hasn’t been working for several MONTHS now and many other people have also clearly also reported this but no acknowledgment of the problem or fix.. Pls investigate!

  • neil_macd_v3 Neil Macdougall (@neil_macd_v3) reported

@EE This is diabolical - The only option in that link is to text 60071. When I text it from my EE mobile it says it can’t match it to an EE account!!! I’ve got full fibre max with no landline so explain how the hell I’m meant to report an issue given EE incompetence.

  • sw51 Sue (@sw51) reported

@EE 20 years a customer and been stitched up like a kipper - £48 promise turned into a £232 bill - you can have your phones back. No cancellation - no upgrade fee - so why is my bank account now empty?

  • filipino_chino Filipino Chino (@filipino_chino) reported

@plusnet regarding scam callers on your mobile service (@EE) what can i do to cut this down. I must have been put on a list as i am getting daily calls, had about 5 today. I don't mind wasting scammers times, but it's getting a bit too much at the moment

  • LawraSimp L A U R A ✨ (@LawraSimp) reported

@EE please help. My signal is none existent when I’m at work, I can’t even call you to solve this! Help!!

  • neil_macd_v3 Neil Macdougall (@neil_macd_v3) reported

@EE Yep it’s all connected as per the guide provided & I’ve had confirmation service is up and running. The EE Home app is pretty poor given it can’t find a Wi-Fi signal when the device it’s being run from is connected to Wi-Fi.

  • VinceEm78 Stephen Vince (@VinceEm78) reported

@EE Hi, it’s like it’s trying to connect to ringing but stops and I hear the hang up beeps. Stephen
