    @EE Visit your site. Visit the flexible and customer centric o2 site. Then realise you are not so customer centric as you used to be. I like the idea of organising my contract my way.

    @EE Hi. My broadband home service suddenly stopped working. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes on the phone line. I have a deadline soon, I really need my service restored. It is very frustrating to have such an unreliable service.

    @EE hi, I need some help with my account. I upgraded a short while ago and I’m confused with my account. I paid my bill and looked on my app and I don’t think the upgrade changed over. I only want 1 plan on my account and I think for some reason there’s 2.

    Hey @EE - thanks for all the bills and the letters from debt collectors. But I've never been your customer. Your helpline requires me to enter my mobile number, which is rejected because I'm not your customer. There's no way to speak to a human. So bloody stop it.
