Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Lee and nearby locations:

  • TrevBenton79 Trevor Benton (@TrevBenton79) reported from City of London, England

@EE I’ve had some messages online today with your team but there doesn’t seem to be any commitment or emphasis to try and keep me as your customer considering I’ve been with you for over 10 years #EE #eecustomerservice

  • LynsLot Lynsey Smith (@LynsLot) reported from Croydon, England

@EE went to ur Croydon shop to get an new iPhone. After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Thanks for wasting our Sunday. Shocking service

  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • robcarter85 Rob Carter (@robcarter85) reported from Merton, England

@EE Is it any wonder I'm leaving your two bob network!

  • robcarter85 Rob Carter (@robcarter85) reported from Merton, England

@EE What email address do I send my 30 days notice to cancel my contract

  • Am1nul_Hoque Aminul Hoque (@Am1nul_Hoque) reported from Poplar, England

@EE I was informed I would be called at 6.30pm today by technical support today and even given a name. Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

  • JamieWillshaw Jamie Lindley (@JamieWillshaw) reported from Bromley, England

@Tepps19 @VodafoneUK Never had issues with @EE and I left Vodafone to them 5 years ago, never looked back!

  • bosswhitta David Whittaker (@bosswhitta) reported from Camberwell, England

    @MarcAllera @EE @VodafoneGroup @TheO2 Ps, tweeted using WI-FI signal as 4g wasn’t working...

  • Am1nul_Hoque Aminul Hoque (@Am1nul_Hoque) reported from Poplar, England

@EE I have been through this process 15 times. It is as bright green as it ever can be. Glowing green like your logo. We have had technical support teams and change bandwidth and do all sorts of remote testing and it has never worked..

  • PhilHutchins91 Phil Hutchins (@PhilHutchins91) reported from Bromley, England

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

  • sxcmitha Salima Chitalya Mitha (@sxcmitha) reported from Islington, England

@EE Hi David, thanks for your lovely msg. Sadly, after 20 yrs I think it’s time for me to leave @EE. Apart from the EE’s Social Media team I’ve only ever had really bad customer service. It shouldn’t be like this; EE is too big to care. Thanks for trying.

  • williada60 David Williams (@williada60) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

  • radioheadjen Jenny Collins (@radioheadjen) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE Hi, I signed up for the free BT Sport trial a few days ago, got confirmation that this had been added to my EE account - but received no further info. Please help with next steps!

  • hannah_p79 Hannah Parmenter ♥ (@hannah_p79) reported from Poplar, England

@EE I've tried to speak to your department, I've been with EE for years and never had a problem. But my phone has been cut off and my disabled son is in hospital and I have doctors trying to get hold of me and vise versa but I can't

  • vodaka_orange shezza_bezza (@vodaka_orange) reported from Paddington, England

Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

  • williada60 David Williams (@williada60) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE thank you for wasting another 20 minutes of my life talking about my complaint and getting no where I feel like a hamster going round and round with no conclusion. Now let’s see what the ombudsman has to say about this

  • ItsIyke_ MelancholyWolf (@ItsIyke_) reported from Merton, England

@EE hey the green light is on my router but the broadband is down. None of my devices can connect!

  • BreatheFitness Anthony Mayatt PT (@BreatheFitness) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@EE Getting very annoyed now. No home broadband for 3 days and in the past month had to troubleshoot everytime I switch on the router. Please help me get this sorted or don't take money out my account when it doesn't work!

  • Richperks R I C H P E R K S (@Richperks) reported from Romford, England

Unrivalled for sure @EE, especially the last 9 days in RM13 where network has been poor (at best!). Glad K Bacon still has work though!

  • amawson Andrew Mawson (@amawson) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ferranholic Kyrée (@ferranholic) reported

@lizzychapman23 @EE Ya they do it all the time. Apparently you have to call up 30 days before the end date to cancel. That don’t make any sense to me at all.

  • rhydlangoed Colby Lodge (@rhydlangoed) reported

@EE wifi calling not working again - any news on a time to solution please?

  • dpbrewer7 David (@dpbrewer7) reported

@ee please fix the wifi calling

  • SoobyR RSooby (@SoobyR) reported

@EE Christ another company jumping on the bandwagon. What makes EE think they’re in a position to lecture on societal problems? Just sell your overpriced contracts and shut the front door!

  • circleofrageuk Circle of Rage (@circleofrageuk) reported

@EE If one needs 'tips' from EE on how not be a bamstick, I suspect they're beyond help.

  • alicejolley12 Alice Jolley 🌺 (@alicejolley12) reported

@abbiecops @EE I ended up having to pay a bill of nearly £300 because my phone was stolen and someone spent all that on the Google Play store! Google said it wasn’t fraud so EE said I had no choice other than to pay 🫠 have a look at your bill statement cos 1.8k WTF

  • EddGorenstein Dr Edd Gorenstein 🥛✡️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿♂🧩 (@EddGorenstein) reported

@EE @Stevee5 Disappointing it would be so high, but not surprising. When men agree that “men are mostly responsible”, they’re rarely ever thinking of themselves - it’s a collective responsibility. But most men see themselves as “one of the good ones”, so it conveniently never applies to them.

  • CraigHa95502549 Craig Harper (@CraigHa95502549) reported

@EE Three is a lot cheaper than EE, since I’ve switched I’ve never had any signal issues. When BT took you over your prices got too expensive.

  • lizzychapman23 Liz Chapman (@lizzychapman23) reported

What a joke @EE are. I was paying for my Apple Watch on my phone contract. Rang them up earlier to see why my phone bill had been so high recently, as I’ve changed to sim only. Turns out my watch contract finished months ago but they carry on taking payments unless you cancel.

  • TheJewminatiYT TheJewminati Channel (@TheJewminatiYT) reported

@EE OK, never buying your SIM when I'm in UK
