@EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

@EE I’ve spoken to Sky who can’t come out earlier than Friday. EE customer service are refusing to speak with me and citing GDPR, which to me translates as slopey shoulders. EE have left me with a lack of service and a health & safety mess!

Strange how you suddenly realise that certain companies are solely concerned with profit and nothing else. I’ve been with @ee for 27 years and have just received the worst four months of customer service in my 70 years. I’ve been with them for 27 years. They don’t care.
