    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

    Yesterday I was mugged in London. Being a young woman without a phone in London is extremely unsafe. At first I didn’t have a phone because I was mugged and now I don’t because of @EE errors. You’ve made being a woman that bit harder today @EE

    @EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

    @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    @EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when it’s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder there’s “high volume” on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen 👀)

    @EE This is a moot point as my brother is travelling around the UK and won’t be able to receive the sim. On top of which, I’ve already paid for an additional PAYG sim. I would like this issue escalated and request a refund for credited to my account for the truly poor service.

    @seanmartin_lib @O2 @EE Mast problems with us second time with in a month, last time signal was down for 3 to 4 days, then intermittent same again. Their dragging their feet on spares out until at least next week

    @EE why is the signal constantly cut off, or non-existent in an area with over 1 million people, your advert suggests you can land a plane using your service, complete and utter lie. I can't even have a conversation in regards to employment. #EE

    @EE morning. I've been having an issue for a week or so where I cannot see my data remaining in the app or on the website. I know I have data boosts left (payg) and data is still working but all it is showing me is the 100mb and I know I have more than that. Thanks

    @EE Instead you’ve left me to spend more money for an additional £15 PAYG service and still have to pay an unused Month to Month contract. The very least EE could have done was refund me Month to Month contract.

    @ee I’ve paid for data roaming for Qatar and I’ve had no data after doing all the checks. Sort it out. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 17 years now

    @EE He Megan I appreciate you reaching out. None of your previous colleagues could help. To the point they offered me an allowed me to break the contract and leave EE it was at a time when I couldn’t be without a phone my father was terminal so I kept it and lost the offer.
