    @O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

    @_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    @O2 Hi, 4G rarely works in Central - always connects to 3G. I’ve been working from home since Feb last year & my phone constantly cuts out/goes to work calling as the network is so bad. I’ve called about this issue multiple times. No compensation, only that ‘it’s being worked on’

    @O2 have you flicked a switch somewhere near the PR4 post code? Data speed is still rubbish but I'm getting a full 3.5G signal. Until now, we only had very weak EDGE here.
