    @O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

    @Burnside_5 @LifeByStills @O2 Trouble is pretty much all major providers are doing the same thing, although there are a few which choose not to. I do question the logic of people signing a contract which allows this and then moaning when it happens though - you had a choice before signing.

    @O2 @lastminute_com O2 are so useless, I lost my phone, can't get through to any support without calling them, chat bot tells you it can't help and tells you to go away. No one ever helps live chat, no way to do online. How am I supposed to block my sim and phone if no one is willing to help
