@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 Just received a phonemail from someone (AKA scammer) claiming to be from O2. They offered 40% discount for being a loyal customer. (I joined 2 days ago... very loyal). They said I'd receive an email. I asked what my email is... they hung up. 020 3744 9659 is their number.

@O2 Yes please advise when your live chat is available? Seem ridiculous to provide this capability in the app, point customer to use it rather than ringing and then not staffing it. Of course, you could also not cutoff customers when they ring you and wait/queue for an hour
