Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@O2 I think it’s ridiculous that o2 business can’t use Apple Watch ultra with the business contract. The only excuse is the billing system is not compatible. So have to take a secondary contract that’s not business to use the Apple Watch cellular features. Joke of a network

@O2 Yeah I tried that & none of the options were suitable - pressed 6 for 'any other enquiry' & said that number not valid. Cancellation line very helpful with my complicated issue who then put into billing and then got nowhere again. Going into shop as I wasted 90 mins last night
