They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!

It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite
