    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @O2 I feel let down as a customer for the first time in 4 years of loyalty. I pay £10 for same day delivery of my upgrade for this evening and it has not arrived! Thanks I’ll just hope my phone that’s being replaced hangs on till someone delivers it!

    @O2 Tbh it’s not just the calling, the main issue is the lack of 4g and it’s awful speed, 3G, when it kicks in, is ok but in this day and age not getting 4g is a problem ;(

    @O2 Love that in the 21st century you can't have a reliable network that can send and receive texts and calls nevermind even dare to browse the internet. I complained just to be told that I live too close to the sea even though I have a direct line of sight to the mast.

    For three years I have been saying @O2 need to revisit the prices of their Data Bolt-ons. It is never more true than now. They're wildly prohibitively expensive. I need an extra 10-15gb once a year. I end up buying a random PAYG sim and putting a tenner on for data hotspot
