A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 You haven’t had things back up and running for FIVE MONTHS it isn’t just a dropout of signal, you have no network coverage out here. I shouldn’t have to pay for wifi ON TOP of the data I am paying you to use.

@O2 I've checked my preferences and i'm o nly down to recieve emails. It's a different number everytime, all start with 0330, and when i google the number it says it's on o2 number.
