    I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    @O2 twice I’ve phoned JUST to upgrade my sim to 5G. 1st caller was uninterested and eventually cut the call off. Second guy asked me 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my handset, after being told I’ve bought a brand new 12 Pro Max last week, he STILL pushed me to upgrade 😶 wtf?

    @O2 I’ve spent days on end trying to speak to your customer services. They hang up every time. Endless promises of call backs but every time I answer they put the phone down! Absolutely disgraceful service. I’ve been wrongly charged £1,536 but no one is willing to help! HELP!
