    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    @O2 help. I’ve had an awful experience . I’ve been with you for 20 yrs and about to cancel. You sent me a damaged like new handset and 2 weeks later and 8phone calls it’s not sorted.I’ve made a complaint and had no response and been promised calls backs and they dont call.

    @O2 @CloudJKay It’s ridiculous, I’ve been cut off awaiting my number to port since Tuesday last week. It’s still not done! Old network stopped Tuesday, no way of anyone being able to call me. Same crap from Cust service , wait 24 hrs! Yours sorted yet?
