    Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    @O2 Why do call from different numbers every single day? Sometimes more than once! When i ask the caller to update it they say they will but never do.

    @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

    @O2 @virginmedia spent months trying to resolve incorrect default from Jan 2026.Multiple complaints have been incorrectly closed/ignored/been passed between departments. No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!

    @O2 hello, for 2 weeks now signal and 4g has hardly been working in Southport. My battery is drained within 5 hours because 4g is trying to find the network to connect. This is happening to a few people. Are there any works in progress? Thanks

    So we were standing in line at 7 in the morning they counted us and when we got in at the O2 and they after we sat down. They told us it was a priority line and we couldn’t enter if we didnt have prio. But we could enter as a guest with one of our friends. @TeamAriana @O2 @TheO2

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable
