@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

I’ve been with @O2 forever. I upgraded yesterday, and like every other time, staff in the shop couldn’t do enough for you when selling! When done, they don’t want to know you, and look at you like you’re a P.O.S**t. Customer skills.. zero. 14 days to change my mind .

@O2 hi, I would like to turn on wifi calling, I am on iPhone and tried to turn it on in settings but redirects me back to website which tells me to turn it on in settings. I just received sim and waiting for my number to port over to o2, please help
