-
GBD (@DJBSBC) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat O2 your signal and data in particular is farcical. It’s one industry that has taken the biggest step back in terms of advancements and relies on people using WiFi more often and just ‘accepting’ that the service is ****.
-
Gwen (@GwenSauce) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 OMG … you’re on O2 too? EE was bad so moved to O2 and they are bad too
-
Lee - WildMonkeyUK (@WildmonkeyUk) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat You gaslighting *******. 5G in places like Manchester centre is like being back on one2one using WAP it's that's ******* slow. Stop paying out board members and upgrade your bloody network!
-
Steven Lynn (@StevenL24817437) reported@O2 Formal complaint - Business account . All 3 numbers failed simultaneously - no data, calls or texts. Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Disgraceful service. #O2

-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
wozwebs (@wozwebs) reported@Jonny_Ham @O2 They usually limit companies who use their network to 100mb whereas unlinked I can get 700mb some cities
-
G 🇨🇾💙 💜 (@Georgieporgy69) reported@O2 hi I want to make a complaint for my daughter which has not been dealt with for over 4 months and I am still waiting for a call back . Appalling
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
The Costermonger (@sx200ii) reported@RobertClark87 @TomTugendhat @O2 Service!
