People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

@O2 Absolutely shocking customer service, online chat is busy so keep getting diverted to O2 app. O2 app tells me to ring 202. On hold for 25 minutes then while answering security questions I get cut off! Final straw your WhatsApp service also tell me to call 202!!! Awful service

@O2 how do I make calls to uk mobiles, whilst in USA, on an iPhone , I can phone landlines but mobiles come back number not recognised, tried using 4G network but will not even get that far. What is the point of a bolt on if I can’t make calls?
