    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @O2 Apparently you could not provide me with my security question for security purposes. Beats me. Apparently this is standard fare now but it makes no sense. Problem resolved though, managed to get phone on long enough to received the code I needed to upgrade

    @O2 if I was to not pay my o2 bill, you would hunt me down. You owe me £180.00, promised by a manager on 23/01/2021, which I have still not received, and that seems to be ok with your staff? Wrong advice, wrong timescales, no call backs when promised. Absolute shambles.

    The @O2 Recycle service is single handedly the worst service I’ve ever come across in my life. Quoting people upwards of £200 for their old phones which are in great condition, leading people to early upgrades and paying off their devices... @Ofcom

    @O2 why has it taken 12 hours for me to receive a notification that I've a voicemail& text? Whilst I don't get signal reception at work, I've had plenty of 4g signal throughout the day at certain points. It was left at around 10.30am, I've only just now received the notification!
