@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

@matt_knott @O2 It is poor. Funny thing is, I found the sim slot on the iphone 14. It's not in the usual place at all and when I was holding the phone (in my usual manner) I was hiding the slot. Doh me to me fair, but why move it on a standard 14? 14Pro and 14ProMax all have it in the old space.

@virginmedia Been @virginmedia customer for years (on a new deal now tho) & new @o2 customer. Who is responsible for activation of the doubling up of BOTH services via VOLT? Not possible on either app or via the customer service reps I’ve spoken to. It should be way simpler than this.

@O2 customer for 20 years. Lost my UK sim working abroad. Went to the o2 shop to get reconnected. 5 days, 2 sims & numerous calls about 360 platforms and security precautions later, I'm still not connected. So I've cancelled and switched to @EE. Well played lads, well played.

@O2 I have 0 signal at all on my phone. No phone signal, no data signal, nothing and my phone says "Service state - Out of service". I am waiting for a 5G SIM, is it possible they've disconnected my old SIM or is my area having problems despite status page saying all fine?
