    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next

    @nw_nicholas @Plusnet Which, presumably, has PlusNet finger OpenReach capacity issues (Did OpenReach attend at such a busy time to see the reality?), or to ponder REIN, which is more common at times of high power consumption/devices powered on/off..     @Lesism Is there no chat option on their website? My human alter ego is with Plusnet sim only. 30 day contract 6gb pm for £6 as a Plusnet broadband customer. It is on EE network so excellent coverage. I have no affiliation with them.
