@Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

@Plusnet DSL customer for 12 years. Called 10 days ago to upgrade to fibre, told new router and service by Oct 25. Today internet disappeared, haven't received router. Hours on phone with numerous clueless, argumentative reps. I still have no internet and no solution. HELP!

@AvonandsomerRob @TheTwatRises I'm with plusnet. No end of problems at the start. Advised to dump the cheap modem they give out and buy a decent one for about £100. No problems at all since. Suspect it's the same with other providers.
