Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

VMB does go down for maybe 8 hours about once every two months, but you know, that's probably as much as one can expect when mere humans run tech.

Please look into this or we will have to consider switching to a new provider. Last time net was out for over 12 hrs, looks like the same again.
