I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Our neighbour has BT and we @plusnet. It regularly shoots us an error message at about 9.30 pm and then continues to work as normal. Glitch yesterday was 9.20 pm.
