@Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

Trouble is when companies splinter they tend to reform into larger entities or failing that they create other companies to maintain that illusion of choice. @virginmedia 15 years a customer. My new deal £83 p/m. New customer £45 p/m. Retentions offered £8 p/m saving, with increase of £4 p/m to come in March. Sky, BT and PlusNet all around £40 p/m. How to treat a long standing customer- NOT. I'm off. Bye !
