@Plusnet hi there our internet has been dropping in and out all day and it’s making working from home extremely difficult. I’ve had to reset the modem many times and it does not help

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

@sue_lees @dsue1441_re We have Plusnet... an issue a few weeks ago was dealt with by @plusnethelp very professionally. It took a while to resolve but they kept on it till it was. No real problems with them at all tbh
