@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met

@LizParkin3 @Plusnet I have been with them 1 week. Their router is terrible. I am pretty PC savvy and if I had any hair I would be pulling it out. Was with BT but they got very expensive. Their router was Brilliant. Never lost a signal.

@eddiecoke Turns out the problem was the crappy PO router. I changed back to my old Plusnet router, logged into the router admin and entered my PO router's connection username & password. Now the connection never drops.
