    @SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam You’re welcome Matt!! It’s a pity OPENREACH/KELLYS don’t strive for the same high standards as Sky!! Appalling experience with them y’day, damaging my property and have to have the router ON THE FLOOR RIGHT NEAR MY FRONT DOOR!! AWFUL 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

    @TatianaLivesey @SkyUK No help to you right now but we had to have a second broadband provider (BT) in addition to Virgin because of the outages. Hope you are back up and running soon. Only way is to have a back-up.

    @SkyHelpTeam 13 hours down in LS25. You text acknowledging it 4 hours ago. How long can it take to fix? BT never had so many hours down. Every time there is a problem with Sky it takes so long to fix

    @SkyHelpTeam Just signed in and it says there are no known issues in my area, which is totally incorrect. How do I find out actual updates? Any idea at all on a time frame for getting Wimbledon back online? This is a nightmare when so many are still working at home and entirely reliant on you
