@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet has been off since 4:30 this morning and has not resolved I keep checking service status with the same message that there is a local outage and will take a few hours to fix well it’s been over 12 hours what is taking so long

I’ll add Leek to the places wher @SkyHelpTeam Mobile coverage doesn’t work. I wish I had a network where I could just use my mobile to ring for a taxi. Sky truly has worst network coverage of any network, just awful

@SkyHelpTeam Also, it’s not ‘fluctuating’, it’s constantly 8-16meg and has been at all times of the day. BT was garbage, but constantly delivered about 200meg and covered the whole house

@SkyHelpTeam I ran the test and it came up with 1 issue affecting my phone line then says Broadband and Talk problems. You might not be able to get online or make/receive phone calls due to a problem in your local area. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused, I also did all the home tests

@SkyHelpTeam Constantly dropping the network. Have to reset connection every time. It fails to connect at the WPS stage about 7/10 times and the box and router are in same room. When it does connect, usually stays connected for a couple of hours then drops out at some point. No error code.

@SkyHelpTeam I can assure you i do not believe a word you say. No you are not working to fix the problem! Openreach was here yesterday and said it would be fixed today. And they didn’t come out. Why is this not a 24/7 repair job?
