@SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

My mother got hoodwinked in to having all singing all dancing everything when she moved in 4 years ago...they wouldn't help because she couldn't remember her password!
