    @SkyUK I have no signal whatsoever… fortunately I have wifi but I am expecting important calls today. Checked your website and says that the network can get “busy in this area” Firstly, I’m semi rural, secondly, it’s 7am… I’ve had no signal since 6am… how is it already broke?

    @jssmithmcfc @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam No, just a customer with no internet who recognises that when things go wrong, affecting many people’s days, abusing CS staff on Twitter is counter-productive. Their stress levels must be huge - someone firing off a nasty tweet won’t get the issue sorted faster, so why do it?
