They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected.
