F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

@burge2u @SkySports I totally agree with you. Always thought bournemouth were OK under howe, until I was sat by the dugout for a villa bournemouth game. He's a nasty horrible manager. What he was instructing his players to do was disgraceful. Not how football should be done/played in my opinion

@SkySports We are in major trouble and even if we had Jurgen and Pep together we may not stay up, even if we go down we need to stick to a plan and keep faith as it's only a matter of time before things become good, staying up would be amazing but it wouldn't be the end of the world

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband issue remains even after you say engineer fixed. Your tester says fault and router synced low speed again. Tester on phone states no fault yet slow speed remains. Unacceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam do you care to tell me why I have returned my sky box and router and controller as instructed and yet after 2 months you have taken a payment for non return out of my bank this is shocking service I want this resolved immediately please contact me ASAP
