Was due to have @SkyUK out today to upgrade our broadband, had to cancel due to covid in the house. This morning we have had 3 scam calls claiming to be sky from three different numbers. Is there a serious GDPR breach I need to be concerned about? @SkyHelpTeam

Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this doesn't make any sense. You report outages on your website, can confirm if there is an issue affecting a particular phone number, must know if an engineer is being arranged. Openreach refer enquiries back to the ISP. Would you like to clarify?

@StellyGK @SkyUK Its explained in the key facts read out and the documents/TCs that are sent. And as with any purchase you are able to cancel the contract/receive a refund within the 30 day cooling off period so I'd probably say your partner was either too stupid to understand or wasn't listening
