@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

@SkyHelpTeam frustrated to say the least. Yesterday tried to review my package. Spent an hour trying to renew contract. Systems were slow. Was told by customer service they would ring back 13:00 today. My only window of the day. That’s 40 mins ago. Great!
