    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible to get through to anyone! I’ve had no internet or phone line for at least 16 hours! Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

    @SkyUK very disappointed that Sky thinks it’s acceptable to tell someone they have to wait 3-5 days to@know when they are able to fix a loss of service - while working from home this is causing potential loss of income and/ or increase in cost for alternative solution

    @SkyHelpTeam I quite knew I couldn't expect any kind of support from your end. The homemove team had given me this frame 20 days ago as well. Didn't think it would take 40-45 days just to get wifi up and running in my house

    @SkyUK haven’t had signal for a week engineer visit and they can’t get in the scaffolding to fix it due to regulation. Told just going to have to wait until it’s down #nohelp #fuming been a customer for 10 years #charming

    @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

    @SkyHelpTeam For >36 hours it has stated “There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

    @SkyUK - believe in worse! Unbelievably horrific “upgrade” which screwed up all TVs and doesn’t allow us access to UHD channels. Now trying to revert and cannot without holding for 30 minutes. Never again.

    @SkyUK I just gave up and have decided to stay with the **** service that I get at Virgin. What a pity. I was actually quite excited about getting away from Virgin because for the past five days the immediate postcode has been without service. Don’t say I didn’t try…Jeff

    Sky update March situation has now escalated to obviously CISAS however in the meantime I left a fair but honest review on Trustpilot about my experience. Jason from @skytv / @SkyHelpTeam replied with an apology, but I don’t accept it. Saying “sorry” means nothing if Sky still refuses to fix the actual problem. The core issue is simple! after nearly 6 years of loyalty (since 17 August 2020), Sky reset my Gold VIP status to Silver over a 24-day gap. SKY ASKED me to withdraw my previous CISAS complaint in good faith after the December 2024 billing dispute. I did exactly that. I then returned just 24 days later and agreed a new 24-month Sky Stream contract at £60 per month. I was never told that my previous tenure would vanish and everything would reset. Had I known, it would almost certainly have influenced my decision to rejoin. Or at least I could’ve made a better and more informed decision rather than a ill informed decision #SkyVIP #SkyComplaint #CISAS
