Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

@SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@SkyUK changed from BT broadband on 9th Nov. Continued drop outs, replacement router, made calls to get fix, canx dept closed early Tues, asked for call back, didn't happen. Tried to call at 8am, canx closed until 0845, more waiting for 30-60m probably! Sky please contact me!!
