@SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

Today isn’t fairing any better for me. Therapist confirmed tissue damage from putting my back out earlier this week. And for some reason non @SkyUK mobile people can’t call/text my phone. Says number not in service. But I can call out and my caller ID reflects the right number.
