July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam As mentioned don't get through. What is the problem? 3 days no bb just not on. Wife is a key worker must have full service so had to be at school 6 till 6 yesterday in at 6 again today, shes worked long hrs all thru lockdown now as you cant fix fault its causing her serious probs

@SkyHelpTeam You must understand how frustrating this is for us and stressful missing out on work because sky can’t fix there broadband what compensation are we likely to receive , you must be aware we’re losing out on work due to this and the fire loosing income
