F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t have the option to hold the line sadly. My Sky ID is connected to when I was customer with you 8 years ago so can’t do anything now I’m a new customer again and this month my bill is double what it usually is for no reason. Can you advise how I speak to someone?

@SkyHelpTeam Finally after a week of trying to online chat with someone at Sky about a change to my package, I have just been informed that I have to give 31 days notice! If I’d spoken to someone when I first tried, I’d have been a week into that by now! 20 yr customer not happy!
