    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam Mobile. Absolute rip off. Do one of their swaps, returning phone is immaculate, & they claim it has ‘screen burn’. What a load of garbage. Be the last time I upgrade, & when all other contracts are up we will be changing. Total rip off. 😡
