    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, i'm another one with broadband issues right now - wifi not responsive most of the time, then it is for a few seconds, then it isn't again. i'm logged in to my account and trying to find someone to contact/do line tests but none of the links are helpful.

    So when it's @btsportfootball or @SkySports coverage the game has to go ahead because of the contracts that were signed but when it's @primevideosport coverage of footy it's perfectly fine to cancel the game?
