@SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@SkyHelpTeam This is great, apart from the bit where it says my Downstream & Upstream are 0 (zero), and therefor cannot tell me my noise margin… and so, no one can help me, and no one can tell me why my internet constantly disconnects ever since I got FTTP fitted a year ago.
