Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

@SkyUK As soon as I have an alternative, I'm kicking your Narrowband into touch. Your old router, binned weeks ago, still shows up as an option, and my laptop goes onto it. It doesn't work, of course. But the new one hardly works, so it's an easy mistake to make. Truly pathetic.

@SkyHelpTeam My Wi-Fi has been out all morning… I had a zoom interview today online for my new job which I couldn’t attend in the end. Incredibly disappointed by this as I think others are having the same issue. I’m in Banbury area if this helps at all.
