    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    As if moving house without a car isn't stressful enough ..the utter ineptitude of @OpenreachHelp and @SkyUK is astounding. How difficult is it to reconnect a service that was there the day before ? Emails to both CEO with "please do better" sent . Let's see if either read..

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

    Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

    @SkyHelpTeam a quick update it took a day for my box to set the guide back up and to watch recordings, and even the picture came back on and had a decent signal when I checked the settings then the signal was lost again, I'm starting to suspect its the box, a slow time to reboot

    @SkySports @nassercricket Exactly, so why cut the matches down to 16.4 overs, many of these marquee international globetrotting superstars won’t even get a bat or a bowl! Bizarre that we are not playing 20 overs like every other major global tournament especially with the T20 World Cup a few months away.
