    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    @SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

    @CaptainChaos5 I can't help feel that the @SkySports £TV in #RugbyLeague resulted in less focus on developing other income streams (including attracting new fans) i.e. the quality of admin/marketing/sales staff has diminished . . . and now many clubs have forgotten the skills they formerly had!

    .@SkyHelpTeam I'm using my sky app to transfer some data from my piggy bank to the sim that my daughter uses (Same account, different plan) but I'm being told repeatedly something went wrong. Any ideas as to how to fix this, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Pushing a sky cinema film into store 2 days before the expiry is very annoying. I do expect changes due to licensing but 2 days really is in your interest, not the customer

    @SkySports I don’t understand why the lack of British Asian players at the top level is a football issue. There are thousands of teams throughout the country & if they are good enough, they would be playing for one & scouts would spot them. Same opportunities there for them as for others??
