@SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

@SkyHelpTeam Firstly that you were not aware of any issues and would I like to take out a sim with sky mobile - this seems to be the only priority everytime I call. Then there is a local outage and no update was available and maybe try contact openreach for an update.
