yes he told to get cables what ive already tried and it felt like he didn't belive me . awful service . I pay a lot of money for my sky i don't expect my services to be slow and if a customer wants help he should be helping not over powering and not believing @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you have any update on the widespread download issue on Sky Q please? I’ve had a soft reset, hard reset, engineers visit, and my setting changed remotely and ‘signal resent’ twice. Each time I am told the problem will resolve. This has been off for 7 days.
