    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    I can not find the right words to express my disappointment with SKY Customer Service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Ordered Superfast Broadband, book appointments for an engineer visit for 3 times. No visits so far and it is not possible to get any info about the progress. Dreadful!

    @SkyUK I haven't seen such a bad digital user experience anywhere else, as I had on sky website. Nothing is clear and nothing can be found easily. Confirm order says one price (without breakdown) and email says something else. Where can i complain, please?
