.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

@SkyHelpTeam Over a year ago, we had the same problem, you sent a senior engineer, he had to drive over to Gateshead from the wirral. It's a frequent problem, because it is a poorly set up system in the building.
