@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but the diagnostic tool says everything's ok when it definitely isn't. I know it's a DNS issue because the VPN I use for work is working fine on the same WiFi connection. I know it's not a device issue as several devices stopped working at the same time

I don't understand how my @SkyUK internet can go out, yet my Google Home says it's connected. And somehow the connection loss kills my @Razer blackwidow elite keyboard drivers and makes my keyboard spam whatever key I press, making it impossible to see router settings. WTF

@SkyHelpTeam just got off the phone with sky to make changes to the account and now everything's down. Looks like a core dns server issue because the actual dsl carrier is up. As usual broadband test just says oops tool not working at the moment
